LCD Club house 'My on Karmanskogo' In Levov

The club house "Na Karmanskogo" is located in a park area, 10 minutes by car from the city center. Next to the new building are the two largest parks in Lviv - Zalizna Voda and the landscape park Stryiskyi with a pond, walking paths, and a tropical greenhouse. In the courtyard of the club house, there is a children's playground and a recreation area. Another advantage of the complex is the absence of commercial premises.

In the area of the club house "Na Karmanskogo," there is a whole range of infrastructure facilities, and if necessary, you can reach the city center by car in 12 minutes. By public transport, the trip to Rynok Square will take 30 minutes. The nearest bus stops, #4N and #53 on Ivan Franko Street, are a 3-minute walk away, to the large transport interchange at the intersection of Ivan Franko and Kozelnytska streets - 2 minutes by car. If you need to go to another city or neighboring settlement, it takes 9 minutes by car to bus station #5, 12 minutes to the central bus station, 18 minutes to the central railway station, and Lviv International Airport.

You can walk to Bay Market and several other small shops located near the new building to buy groceries. A 5-6 minute drive will take you to the "Ecolan" store, the "Furshet" and "Vopak" supermarkets, and a 9-10 minute drive to the "Rukavychka" hypermarket and Sviy Market supermarket, and a 12-minute drive to another "Vopak" supermarket. For fresh vegetables and fruits, you can always go to the "Shuvar" farmers' market, which is a 10-minute drive away by car. At the same distance from the club house "Na Karmanskogo" is the "Arsen" shopping center with a large grocery supermarket.

If you need a kindergarten, within a 6-9 minute walk from the house are kindergartens #170, KidsCan, "Doshkіlnyatko," and the school-kindergarten "Sofia." The nearest children's development center on Ivan Franko Street is a 6-minute walk away, and a 11-minute drive from the new building is the "Kuzia" children's center. Schoolchildren can attend Municipal School #69 with advanced study of the French language, which is a 12-minute walk away. Private school "Dzherelce" and Creative International Children's School (KMDSh) are located a 6-minute drive from the club house, and the "Erudit" school is a 4-minute drive away. Also within walking distance from the complex are the Lviv Regional Children's and Youth Sports School, the Ukrainian Catholic University, and the Department of Physical Education of Lviv Polytechnic.

You can play sports on an open court 9 minutes' walk from the building, or at the "Dynamo" sports complex, which is a few minutes further. By car, you can reach the "SANTE" fitness center or the Apeks sports complex for training in 11 minutes. If you feel like going for a morning run, cycling, or just taking a walk in peace, the Stryiskyi and Zalizna Voda parks are a 12-14 minute walk from the building.

In the medical institutions in the area of the new building are the Western Ukrainian Specialized Children's Medical Center, the 8th City Clinical Hospital, the "Echocor" Medical Center, and the Children's Health Center named after Alla Mazurenko.
