LCD Clubhouse Waldhausen In Levovskaya oblaste

Waldhausen is a small apartment residential complex in the format of a club house, the idea of which the authors borrowed from small German villages, most of which also bear the same name. The six-story eco-building with only 35 apartments is located in a quiet corner of the city of Dubljani, near a park and the center. All apartments from the 1st to the 5th floor have balconies with views of the park. The special feature of the top floor apartments is the possibility of installing a real fireplace. The on-site area is created with the interests of residents of different ages in mind: for children, there is a playground with a modern play complex, and for adults, there is a cozy green relaxation area.

Infrastructure

Thanks to the thoughtful location of the complex, Waldhausen residents will be able to use both the infrastructure of Dubljani and the neighboring Lviv. The town is connected to the regional center by the M06 motorway "Kyiv-Chop", which allows for quick commuting to work or taking children to kindergartens and schools. By car, it's 20 minutes to Market Square in the historic center of Lviv. If necessary, public transport can be used: near the complex, there are bus stops for buses No. 111 and No. 180a, which run between the town and the regional center.

You can buy groceries within a 10-15 minute walk from the club house in several small shops and in the "Rukavychka" supermarket, as well as in the round-the-clock "ATB-Market" supermarket and two "Rukavychka" supermarkets located along the M06 motorway, which are 3-6 minutes by car.

The nearest preschool institutions in Lviv are on average a 10-minute drive by car. These include municipal kindergartens No. 133 and No. 71, the private kindergarten "Kazka", the Montessori center "Soniachnyi Prominchyk" for educational development, and the early development center "Mudryk". For older children within walking distance from the Waldhausen residential complex are the Dubljani comprehensive school and the art school. Parents of schoolchildren can also choose one of the schools in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv: the nearest municipal schools No. 30, No. 99, No. 187, No. 154, Ecoland elementary school, and Lviv Economic Lyceum are 7-9 minutes by car.

For walking and jogging, there is the Malyniak Park near the building, and for training purposes, you can reach the "Olimp" sports hall in a 7-minute drive, the "Positivity" fitness club in 10 minutes, and the "Crystal" and Pride Elite Gym fitness clubs in 15 minutes by car.

Medical facilities within a 15-minute walk from the Waldhausen residential complex include the Dubljani city and children's hospitals.
