LCD Clubhouse Waldhausen In Levovskaya oblaste

Waldhausen is a small apartment residential complex in the format of a club house, the idea of which the authors borrowed from small German villages, most of which also bear the same name. The six-story eco-building with only 35 apartments is located in a quiet corner of the city of Dublyany, near a park and the city center. All apartments from the 1st to the 5th floor have balconies with views of the park. The feature of the top floor apartments is the possibility of installing a real fireplace. The territory around the building is designed with the interests of residents of different ages in mind: a playground with a modern play complex for children, and a cozy green relaxation area for adults.

Infrastructure

Thanks to the thoughtful location of the complex, Waldhausen residents will be able to use both the infrastructure of Dublyany and the neighboring city of Lviv. The M06 "Kyiv-Chop" highway connects the town with the regional center, allowing quick access to work or to drop off children at kindergartens and schools. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the Market Square in the historic center of Lviv. If necessary, public transport can be used: there is a bus stop for routes No. 111 and No. 180a near the complex, which run between the town and the regional center.

You can buy groceries within a 10-15 minute walk from the club house at several small shops and at the "Rukavychka" supermarket, as well as at the round-the-clock ATB-Market supermarket and two "Rukavychka" chain supermarkets located along the M06 highway, which are 3-6 minutes away by car.

The nearest preschools in Lviv are on average a 10-minute drive from the Waldhausen residential complex. These include municipal kindergartens No. 133 and No. 71, the private kindergarten "Kazka," the Montessori Center "Sunny Ray," and the early development center "Mudryk." For older children within walking distance from the Waldhausen residential complex are the Dublyany general education school and the School of Arts. Parents of schoolchildren can also choose one of the schools in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv: municipal schools No. 30, No. 99, No. 187, No. 154, Ecoland primary school, and Lviv Economic Lyceum are 7-9 minutes away by car.

For walking and jogging, there is Malyniak Park near the building, and for training, you can reach the "Olymp" sports hall in 7 minutes by car, the "Positive" fitness club in 10 minutes, and the "Crystal" and Pride Elite Gym fitness clubs in 15 minutes.

Medical facilities within a 15-minute walk from the Waldhausen residential complex include the Dublyany city and children's hospitals.
