Cottage village "Skhily" is a modern, ecological, and ergonomic format of country living. The project includes the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, recreation, work, or investment. Surrounded by hills and forests, the cottages give a feeling as if you are in the "Little Carpathians."

"Skhily" is located in the nearest suburb of Lviv - only 14 km from the city center. It offers quick access to infrastructure while providing the tranquility of country living according to the slow living concept.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located in the village of Birkiv, just a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Near the residential quarter are the nature reserves of Roztochia and the territory of Queen's Mountain with magnificent 400-year-old forests listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Thanks to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage village, there will be a complex with its own infrastructure, including a children's education and development center, a fitness center with panoramic views, a spa center with rejuvenating and wellness programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini-brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, a "Nova Poshta" branch, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

In the village, there is the Birkiv Comprehensive School (primary and secondary school and kindergarten) for children. Medical facilities include an ophthalmologic clinic and the 7th Lviv Cardiology Hospital.
