The residential complex "Galitska City" is a five-story comfort-class building with two sections, located in a green and cozy area on the outskirts of Lviv - village Davydiv. The project is being implemented by the company "Alpina."

The construction is carried out using classic brick technology. Walls made of brick and insulation with polystyrene foam and mineral wool provide high thermal insulation and comfortable living in the building.

"Galitska City" residential complex is designed for only 32 apartments, which are presented in two types: one-bedroom apartments ranging from 30-39 sq.m and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 52-56 sq.m.

The complex includes a closed area, landscaping, the arrangement of recreation areas for both adults and children.

A guest parking is provided for residents' cars.

The first floor of the building includes commercial premises where various services will be located, allowing residents to receive certain services "without leaving home."

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Galitska City" is located in the village of Davydiv on Galitska Street, two minutes from the N09 Mukachevo — Ivano-Frankivsk — Lviv highway, which is about 5 minutes by car to the Lviv Ring Road, and 25 minutes to the historical center of the city. Along the same highway, more than 25 bus routes run towards the regional center, with stops a few minutes' walk from the building.

In the village of Davydiv, there are branches of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" postal services, shops, schools, several churches, a football field, a playground, a car service station, and other services. Within a 15-minute walk from the "Galitska City" residential complex, grocery stores "MaxMarket," "U Tolika," and supermarket "ATB" are open, as well as an "Electronics" store.

Thanks to well-established transport connections, residents can drive to several nearest supermarkets in Lviv: to "ATB-Market" supermarket - 8 minutes, to "Silpo" and "Arsen" supermarkets - 11 and 13 minutes respectively. Also, the nearest shopping center "Sykhiv" is located 10 minutes away by car from the building.

For schoolchildren, the Davydiv Lyceum named after T. Shevchenko operates in the village, which is a 5-minute walk away. By car, parents can take their child to Lviv schools No. 98, No. 93 with advanced English language learning or to the "Ecolend" lyceum in 10-13 minutes.

Parents of preschoolers can choose a kindergarten within a 6-minute walk or one of the kindergartens within a 13-minute radius by car from home: No. 175, "Ecolend," "Green Penguin," private kindergarten "Fairytale," children's center "Kuzia," and child development center "Wonderland."

For medical assistance, one can visit a family medicine clinic near the building, a primary medical and sanitary care center, or private medical centers on the outskirts of Lviv.
