LCD Nobl In Levov

The residential complex "Nobl" is a modern energy-efficient business-class residential complex that combines aesthetics, comfort, and exceptional location. This is another project from the company "Nova Oselya", which is being implemented in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv.

The complex consists of six buildings, with a height of 6-7 floors. The construction is being carried out using monolithic-frame technology. The external walls are built of bricks, and the internal walls are made of ceramic blocks. The facades are insulated with mineral wool.

Each of the 173 apartments here is a well-thought-out living space. The project includes a total of 173 apartments, offering a wide range from 1-room apartments ranging from 37-57 sq.m to 3-room apartments ranging from 74-149 sq.m with thoughtful layouts. Infrastructure

The "Nobl" residential complex is located on Chornovola Avenue, 65 in the most convenient point of Lviv - at the intersection of the business center and cozy streets, with easy access to infrastructure, parks, and main transport arteries of the city. Thanks to convenient transport infrastructure, it is easy to get from here to any part of the city. Just a 6-minute drive to the Opera House, Lviv City Hall, and Market Square. Within a 5-minute walk from the complex, there is a trolleybus stop No. 33 and over 35 bus routes. By car, it is about 14 minutes to the main railway station, and 6 minutes to the "Pidzamche" railway station, through which intercity and regional trains pass.

For groceries, it is a 2-minute walk to the "Rukavychka" supermarket, 3 minutes to the "Sviy Market," and 6 minutes to "Silpo."
