LCD KM Palanky Forest In Levovskaya oblaste

"Palanky Forest" is an ecological closed-type cottage town on the outskirts of Lviv. The project is being implemented by the company "MAAK". On a total area of 0.7 hectares, surrounded by pine forest, there are 2 separate cottages and 8 duplexes.

The planning of the cottages is designed with the needs of modern families in mind, practical and functional. The project includes on the first level a spacious living room and kitchen with natural light, a bedroom overlooking the pine forest, a study, children's rooms, bathrooms, dressing rooms, and a utility room. The second level can be used as a playroom or a flexible space for any purpose.

The living room and bedroom on the first floor have access to the surrounding area, where a pool, gazebo, children's playground, or even a mini sauna can be installed.

Parking space for two cars is also provided.

On the town's territory, there is a large lake where swimming is possible, with a private beach for sunbathing, gazebos, BBQ areas, a patio with a fire pit, children's playgrounds, a sauna with a steam room, guest parking spaces with electric charging stations.

For the safety and comfort of residents, the territory of "Palanky Forest" is closed off from outsiders and car traffic. Security, video surveillance, and access control ensure that only residents and their guests can enter the territory.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Palanky Forest" is located in the village of Palanky near Lviv, providing convenient transport links to the city. An asphalt road leads to the M10 Lviv-Krakovets highway. By car, it is 5 minutes to the Lviv Ring Road and 30 minutes to Rynok Square in the historic city center.

Within a 9-minute drive from the house, groceries can be purchased at several small convenience stores, three supermarkets "ATB-Market", "Silpo", and the wholesale supermarket "Hurtovyi Pan". The nearest 24-hour supermarket "ATB-Market" is a 2-minute drive away.

Families with children can choose from several educational institutions within a 10-minute drive from the cottage town "Palanky Forest". These include kindergartens No. 184 "Forest Fairy Tale", "Baby club", "Magic Kids", school-kindergarten No. 94, primary school, educational center "VStudio kids", municipal schools No. 100 and No. 92, as well as the language school for children "Helen Doron".
