The Soul House townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located next to a pine forest in the village of Bіrki near Lviv. Next to each townhouse, there are two parking spaces with convenient entry and exit. At the back of the house, there is a private yard where you can arrange a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.
Another advantage of the cottages is the insulated attic, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office if desired.
Infrastructure
The Soul House townhouses are being built 25 minutes by car from Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. You can also reach the regional center by public transport - an 8-minute walk to the stops of suburban routes №104, №123, and №144, which take you to Bus Station №2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv, and V'yacheslav Chornovil Street. A 4-minute drive from the village is the Lviv Ring Road, which allows you to quickly reach any district of the western capital of Ukraine.
Within a 10-minute radius by car from the townhouses, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, Nova Poshta branches, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.
The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, and the "Rukavychka" supermarket is a 4-7-minute drive away. Nearby, you can relax at the hotel-restaurant complex "Shpatsier" or at the leisure complex "KORSA" on the shore of Lake Bryukhovychi.
