LCD Townhouse Soul House In Levovskaya oblaste

Soul House Townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located next to a pine forest in the village of Bіrki near Lviv. Next to each townhouse are two parking spaces with convenient entry and exit. At the back of the house is a private yard where you can set up a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.

Another advantage of the cottages is the insulated attic, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office if desired.

Soul House Townhouse is being built 25 minutes by car from Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. The regional center can also be reached by public transport - an 8-minute walk to the stops of suburban routes No. 104, No. 123 and No. 144, which take you to Bus Station No. 2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv and Vyacheslav Chornovil Street. A 4-minute drive from the town is the Lviv Ring Road, which allows you to quickly reach any district of the western capital of Ukraine.
