Description

The residential complex on Rubchaka Street in the village of Solonka in Lviv region is another project of the corporation "KarpatBud". The two-section economy class building has only four floors and 74 apartments, which guarantees a small number of residents and provides more privacy and tranquility. One-bedroom apartments ranging from 27-52 sq.m and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 51-65 sq.m with ergonomic layouts are available to choose from.

The construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology, with walls made of gas blocks insulated with polystyrene plates. Autonomous heating in the building ensures moderate maintenance costs for residents.

The project includes the arrangement of an open parking lot on the adjacent territory for residents' cars.

Infrastructure

The residential complex on Rubchaka Street is located in the village of Solonka, a 5-minute drive from Lviv's Ring Road. The E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway (also known as Stryiska Street) passes nearby, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to reach Rynok Square in the city center. Residents can also easily reach any part of Lviv by public transport: a bus stop is located a 3-minute walk from the building, where over 20 bus routes to the regional center operate.

Solonka has a number of essential infrastructure facilities, including grocery stores, a school, a kindergarten, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a hair salon, a car service station, a gas station, a church, and a football field. Residents of the residential complex on Rubchaka Street can also benefit from Lviv's infrastructure, particularly the Frankivsky and Sykhivsky districts of the city.

Residents can walk to the nearest grocery stores in Solonka in 10 minutes. It's about a 4-minute drive to the "ATB-market". A trip to the "King Cross Leopolis" shopping mall, where the "Ashan" hypermarket, various shops, essential services, the "Planeta Kino" cinema, the "Fly Kids" children's entertainment complex, and a food court with several cafes and restaurants are located, will take only 5 minutes. The open hypermarket "Epicenter" is also situated there, offering everything needed for home repairs and improvements. For farm products, residents can visit the "Shuvar" market, which is a 14-minute drive away.

As for educational institutions for children, the closest ones to the building on Rubchaka Street are the early development center "Polina's home school" and the private kindergarten "Pazlyki", which are a 10-minute and 12-minute walk respectively. The Solonska comprehensive school I-III levels is about a 13-minute walk for schoolchildren. Parents can also choose educational institutions in Lviv, located 13-15 minutes away by car from the building.
