LCD RC Greenwood-2 In Levov

The residential complex "Greenwood-2" will consist of 13 5-story buildings. The residential complex is being built in a sanatorium-resort zone near a pine forest, so residents will be able to enjoy clean air, tranquility, and proximity to nature. The architecture of the buildings is notable for its minimalism: straight and clear lines of facades, classic colors of decoration, and panoramic windows with dark profiles.

Infrastructure

Residential complex "Greenwood-2" is located in the village of Bryukhovychi in Lviv region. The historical center of the city can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is also a suburban minibus stop a few steps away from the building.

Surrounding the complex are mainly sanatoriums, private cottages, reservoirs, churches, and a forest park zone. There are several lakes near the residential complex where you can swim, fish, and try extreme wakeboarding. In the Bryukhovychi forest, you can ride bicycles, play in the paintball club DELTA, rent quad bikes from QuadroWay and ride them on long routes. If you want to spend a more peaceful time, there will be relaxation areas with gazebos and barbecue areas on the complex grounds.

Within a 5-minute drive, there is School No. 41, Ukrainian Leadership Academy, Kindergarten No. 143, and a development space for preschoolers called "Ptashenya." A private kindergarten is also planned on the territory of "Greenwood-2" for the convenience of residents.

Near the residential complex, there is an ophthalmic hospital, and a 7-minute drive away are Hospital No. 7 and two outpatient departments for children and adults.

The internal infrastructure of the residential complex includes the arrangement of playgrounds, sports areas, and fields for football, volleyball, and basketball.

In walking distance, there are various food establishments: cheburechna, pizzeria, cafes, and restaurants at hotels and guesthouses. Large shopping centers SPARTAK, FORUM LVIV, TC "Arsen," and "Ashan" are about a 10-minute drive away.
