The residential complex "Greenwood-2" will consist of 13 5-storey buildings. The residential complex is being built in a sanatorium-resort zone near a pine forest, so residents will be able to enjoy clean air, tranquility, and proximity to nature. The architecture of the buildings is characterized by its minimalism: straight and clear lines of facades, classic color schemes, and panoramic windows with dark frames.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Greenwood-2" is located in the village of Bryukhovychi in the Lviv region. The historical center of the city can be reached by car in 20 minutes. There is also a suburban minibus stop a few steps away from the building.
Surrounding the complex are mainly sanatoriums, private cottages, reservoirs, churches, and a forest park area. There are several lakes near the residential complex where residents can swim, fish, and try extreme wakeboarding. In the Bryukhovychi forest, you can ride bikes, play paintball at the DELTA paintball club, rent ATVs from QuadroWay, and explore distant routes. If you prefer a more peaceful time, relaxation areas with gazebos and barbecue areas will be set up on the complex grounds.
Within a 5-minute drive, there is School No. 41, the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, Kindergarten No. 143, and a developmental space for preschoolers called "Ptashenya." A private kindergarten is also planned on the premises of "Greenwood-2" for the convenience of residents.
Close to the residential complex is an ophthalmological hospital, and a 7-minute drive away are Hospital No. 7 and two polyclinic departments – for children and adults.
