LCD RC Greenwood-3 In Levov

The residential complex "Greenwood-3" is a low-rise development in a modern style with its own territory closed to outsiders. The project involves the construction of eight five-story buildings, underground and above-ground parking lots, commercial premises for offices and infrastructure facilities.

Infrastructure

The Greenwood 3 residential complex is being built 30 minutes by car from the historic center of Lviv, High Castle Park, Market Square, and the Lviv National Opera Theater. All necessary infrastructure facilities are also available in the town of Bryukhovychi: shops, educational, medical, and entertainment establishments.

A 7-minute walk from the complex, there is a stop for suburban buses No. 104, No. 123, and No. 144, which run between Lviv and neighboring settlements. Bryukhovychi railway station is a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away.

The nearest grocery store, Natalya, is a 6-minute walk from the residential complex. Within a 3-5 minute drive, you can buy groceries at the Rukavichka supermarket, Chvertka and Galichanka stores, and fresh pastries at the Savran bakery. You can dine near the building at the Arkhan restaurant, the Forest Tale cafe, or the RoVero pizzeria, a 15-minute walk or 2-3 minutes by car.

If you feel like shopping and entertainment, you can always visit the nearest shopping centers in Lviv - Intersiti TC and Spartak shopping and entertainment center, which feature a gallery of shops, Silpo supermarket, a cinema, and a fitness club. It takes 12-13 minutes to reach any of them by car.

If you need a kindergarten, you can reach the Lisovyi Dzvinochok kindergarten in 4 minutes by car, and Kids Rio kindergarten in 7 minutes. For schoolchildren at the same distance from the house, there is Municipal School No. 41. Additionally, the town has Music School No. 7, the Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and the Hebron IT Academy.

Within a 5-minute drive from the new building, you will find the pediatric and adult clinics of the 7th City Hospital and an ophthalmology clinic.

To relax near the house and have a good time with friends, you can visit a paintball club, a bike park, the Koliba lake complex, the shores of Lake Bryukhovychi, or the Bryukhovychi forest. For those who prefer spending their free time training, the Voodoo Wake Park sports complex is a 5-minute drive away.
