Description

"Mu Home" residential complex is a modern housing complex from the company "Novybud", which is being built in the Levandivka microdistrict of the Zaliznychny district of Lviv. The complex consists of one comfort-class building with two sections of 7-8 floors each. The residential fund consists of 68 apartments and includes 1-, 2-, 3-room apartments and exclusive apartments with their own terrace. The presence of an underground parking lot with 38 parking spaces will create convenient and reliable conditions for residents to store their car and ensure comfort and safety in the inner "car-free courtyard". And for the storage of various inventory, sports equipment, and other household items, the project provides for 25 storage rooms in the underground parking lot, which will undoubtedly add comfort to everyday life.

In case of danger and for the reliable protection of residents, a modern type underground bomb shelter will be separately constructed in the residential complex.

An important part of the "Mu Home" residential complex is its on-site territory. Landscaping and landscape design will make the courtyard more cozy, and life more comfortable and brighter. By car or a 15-minute walk, you can reach the "VAM" shopping center, where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are shops of various orientations, cafes, ATMs, and other household services. Fresh vegetables and fruits, products from local farmers and producers can always be bought at the Levandivsky market, which is a 4-minute drive away.

Within a radius of a 10-15 minute walk from the "Mu Home" residential complex, there are municipal kindergartens No. 2, No. 160, No. 6, and No. 30, as well as the private kindergarten "Sunny Bunny Club".
