Well Home is a new residential complex of comfort class in Lviv. Designed in Scandinavian style, the building stands out with a calm color palette of facades and varying number of floors. Ten sections of 7-9 floors each form a closed inner courtyard divided into smart zones equipped with outdoor furniture, sun tents, and device chargers. Just 2 minutes away is another bus stop with buses No. 16, 18, 114, 131, 287 and minibuses No. 11, 13, 14, 21, 23, 25, 27, 32, 33, and 51 on Vygovskoho Street.

The new building is surrounded by the construction hypermarket "Nova Linia", the shopping center "Vam", and the large shopping center "Pivdenny" with over 1000 shops, restaurants, fitness centers, and entertainment venues.
