"Roksolana" Residential Complex is a low-rise residential complex with all necessary amenities and infrastructure in the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv. The complex consists of two six-story comfort class buildings. Construction is carried out using monolithic frame technology, walls are built of bricks and additionally insulated with mineral wool and polystyrene, which positively affects the energy efficiency of the building and the cost of utilities. Individual heating in each apartment will maintain a comfortable temperature. Future residents are offered one- and two-bedroom apartments that maximize space utilization.
Due to the low number of floors, residents enjoy more privacy and tranquility. The "Urban Ideas" landscaped area is designed with attention to detail and creates a pleasant living atmosphere. Here you will find places for relaxation, a children's playground, and an area with outdoor exercise equipment. Wi-Fi will be available throughout the area. In addition, there will be no cars in the courtyard - there is an underground parking lot in the building, from which you can take the elevator to the desired floor, as well as guest parking. There will also be a separate parking area for bicycles.
For the safety of residents, the territory of the "Roksolana" Residential Complex is closed to outsiders and is under 24-hour video surveillance. The project includes the arrangement of shelter in accordance with civil defense requirements.
Infrastructure
The "Roksolana" Residential Complex is located in the Levandivka microdistrict, which is separated from other districts of the city by railway lines and at the same time is not far from the historical center of the city and has a fairly developed transport and social infrastructure.
By car, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Rynok Square in the historical center of the city, and 15 minutes to the central railway station and the "Dvirtsevyi" bus station. Within a few minutes' walk from the complex is a public transport stop on Subotivska Street, from which buses No. 18, trolleybus No. 32, and minibuses No. 13, No. 20, No. 23, No. 43, and No. 1001 run to various microdistricts of the city.
Within walking distance is the "Torbynka" grocery store. A little further, a 4-5 minute walk away, are the supermarkets "Blyzenko" and "Rukavychka." A 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk away is the shopping center "VAM," where, in addition to the "Silpo" supermarket, there are stores of various orientations, cafes, ATMs, and other household services. Fresh vegetables and fruits, products from local farmers and producers can always be bought at the Levandivsky market, which is a 5-minute drive away.
For the youngest residents of the "Roksolana" Residential Complex, within a radius of 10-15 minutes' walk from the complex are municipal kindergartens No. 2, No. 160, No. 6, and No. 30 and the private kindergarten "Sunny Bunny Club." Within an 8-minute drive, you can take a child to the Montessori method kindergarten "Leokids." Schoolchildren can walk to the general education schools No. 65, No. 67, No. 83, and the school-gymnasium "Hrono." By car, it takes 10 minutes to get to the private lyceum "Zhyve Slovo." In the area, there are private development centers for toddlers, language courses, art spaces, and dance schools for older children.
For medical assistance, you can contact the municipal polyclinic No. 3 within a 10-minute walk. The polyclinic department for children is a 15-minute drive away. Several private medical centers operate at the same distance.
For walks or morning runs, the square next to the complex or Levandivsky Park, which is a 15-minute walk away, is suitable. At the same distance is the forest park "Bilohorscha" with places for picnics, forest paths, and well-kept alleys.
For sports activities, within walking distance are several sports halls and fitness clubs. The nearest ones are "Unity" - 300 m and "Liga" - 500 m. The "Kotyhoroshko" sports hall is a 6-minute walk away. Also near the "Roksolana" Residential Complex is a basketball court and the "Bukhta" climbing wall.
