"Skyfall" Residential Complex is a business class residential complex, the author's project of which was developed by the winners of the international competition "Crystal Brick".

Against the background of neighboring buildings, it stands out for its panoramic glazing, the use of different heights, and green roofs. The three sections of the building have 5, 6, and 9 floors. The windows of the apartments offer views of the park area, the alleys of which will become a favorite relaxation spot for residents.

In the closed inner courtyard, there are recreation areas for adults and a modern playground for various activities. Thanks to the presence of underground parking, children can play safely near the building, while adults can feel calm walking along the pedestrian walkways. Commercial premises on the ground floor are provided for the development of the internal infrastructure of the complex.

Infrastructure

The "Skyfall" Residential Complex is located in the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv at 55 Shchyretska Street. This project is created for those who want to combine the benefits of city living with life close to nature. Because nearby there is a large park, where every walk will be a retreat after a hard working day.
