LCD LCD Skyfall In Levov

Skyfall Residential Complex is an author's project developed by the winners of the international competition "Crystal Brick". Against the background of neighboring buildings, it stands out for its panoramic glazing, use of different heights, and green roofs. From the windows of the apartments, views of the park area open up, the alleys of which will become a favorite relaxation spot for residents.

In the inner courtyard, there are relaxation areas for adults and a modern children's playground for various activities. Thanks to the presence of underground parking, children can play safely near the building, while adults can feel at ease strolling along the pedestrian walkways. Commercial premises are provided on the ground floor for the development of internal infrastructure in the complex.

Infrastructure

Skyfall Residential Complex is being built in the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv, a 10-minute walk from the international airport and a 35-minute drive from the city center. The public transport stop on Ivan Vygovsky Street, from which trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 23, buses No. 16, No. 18, No. 111, No. 132, No. 287, and nine city minibuses depart, is a 9-minute walk away.

The new building is surrounded by the construction hypermarket "Nova Linia", the shopping center "Vam" with the food supermarket "Silpo", and the large trade and exhibition complex "Pivdenny" with more than 1000 shops, restaurants, fitness centers, and entertainment venues. There is a skating rink, a children's play complex "Veselka", the football academy "Club Lev - Pivdenny", the boxing academy of Andriy Kotelnikov, the sports complex "Hraciya", a laser club, a roller rink, an art studio, a squash center, and much more. Also, just a stone's throw away from the complex is the Victoria Gardens shopping center with a "Silpo" supermarket, service infrastructure, various shops, a cinema, a bowling club, and restaurants.

If a kindergarten is needed, municipal kindergartens No. 39, No. 75, No. 163, and No. 168 are located within a 15-minute walk from the building. For older children, a 6-7 minute walk from the Skyfall Residential Complex is the educational and recreational complex "Divosvit" (primary school, lyceum, and kindergarten) and the innovative school ThinkGlobal known for its author's teaching programs and individual approach to the child. A 3-minute walk from the building is the "Soroban" oral counting school, and a 4-minute drive away is the private children's club "Manyunya".

Across the road from the Skyfall Residential Complex is Sknylivsky Park, the alleys of which will become a favorite place for residents' walks, morning runs, and bike rides. A 10-minute walk from the new building is another green area of the city - Ivan Vygovsky Park. If you are used to spending your free time training under the guidance of a professional coach, a 4-5 minute walk to the Olympic sports complex and the round-the-clock sports hall Olimp Pivdennyi.

Among the medical institutions at the same distance from the new building are the private children's clinic "Veselka" and a 15-minute walk away are Municipal Polyclinic No. 2, the medical center of St. Paraskeva, the private laboratory "PrimaMED", and Municipal Dentistry No. 4.
