Description

"Skyfall" residential complex is a business-class housing complex, the author's project of which was developed by the winners of the international competition "Crystal Brick".

Against the background of neighboring buildings, it stands out with panoramic glazing, different floor heights, and green roofs. The three sections of the building have 5, 6, and 9 floors. The windows of the apartments offer views of the park area, the alleys of which will become a favorite recreation spot for the residents.

In the enclosed inner courtyard, there are relaxation areas for adults and a modern children's playground for various activities. Thanks to the presence of underground parking, children can play safely near the building, while adults can feel at ease strolling along the pedestrian walkways. Commercial premises are planned on the ground floor for the development of the internal infrastructure of the complex.

Infrastructure

The "Skyfall" residential complex is located in the Zaliznychny district of Lviv at 55 Shchyretska Street. This project is designed for those who want to combine the advantages of city life and life close to nature. Nearby is a large park where every walk will be a retreat after a hard day's work. On the other side of the street, there are numerous shops, establishments, beauty salons, and everything necessary for life and leisure.

It is a 10-minute walk from the building to the international airport and a 35-minute drive to the center of Lviv. A 9-minute walk away is a public transport stop on Ivana Vygovskoho Street, from which trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 23, buses No. 16, No. 18, No. 111, No. 132, No. 287, and nine city minibuses depart.
