LCD SVOЇ PARKHOUSE In Levov

SVOЇ PARKHOUSE is a new low-rise residential complex in the green and quiet suburb of Lviv, in the town of Bryukhovychi.

Due to its low-rise and cozy courtyard, an atmosphere of suburban life is created, but with all the advantages and accessibility of city infrastructure. There are no industrial enterprises nearby, instead there is a large Bryukhovetsky forest, allowing residents to enjoy walks in the fresh air.

The Bryukhovychi railway station is 500 m away. Within a 2-minute walk from the complex, there is a bus stop for buses No. 8, No. 22, No. 104, No. 123, some of which run between the town and Lviv.

The nearest supermarket "Aurora" is a 6-minute walk away, a few minutes further is the supermarket "Blizenko". Along Independence Street, a 5-minute walk away, there are various shops, cafes, and post offices. On the outskirts of Lviv, about a 10-minute drive away, there is the Spartak sports-shopping-entertainment center, which includes a "Silpo" supermarket, a "Sport Life" fitness club, a "Multiplex" cinema, a large children's area with play zones, a food court, and brand stores.
