LCD SVOЇ PARKHOUSE In Levov

SVOЇ PARKHOUSE is a new low-rise residential complex in the green and quiet suburb of Lviv, the village of Bryukhovychi.

Due to the low-rise and cozy courtyard, the atmosphere of suburban life is created, but with all the advantages and accessibility of city infrastructure. There are no industrial enterprises nearby, instead, there is a large Bryukhovetsky forest, which allows residents to enjoy walks in the fresh air.

The residential complex consists of a five-story comfort class building with two sections, built using monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of ceramic blocks additionally insulated with mineral wool. This is a green area near a pine forest and at the same time a 5-minute drive from Lviv, which allows residents to use the infrastructure of a large regional center.

Distance to the Bryukhovychi railway station is 500 m. Within a 2-minute walk from the complex, there is a bus stop for buses No. 8, No. 22, No. 104, No. 123, some of which run between the village and Lviv.

The nearest supermarket "Aurora" is a 6-minute walk, a few minutes further - the supermarket "Blizhenko". Along Independence Street, which is a 5-minute walk away, there are various shops, cafes, post offices. On the outskirts of Lviv, about a 10-minute drive away, there is the Spartak sports, shopping, and entertainment center, which includes the Silpo supermarket, Sport Life fitness club, Multiplex cinema, a large children's space with play areas, food court, and brand stores. A 17-minute drive away is the open hypermarket "Epicenter K", where building materials and household goods are sold.

If a kindergarten is needed, a 6-minute walk to kindergarten No. 143 "Forest Bell". For schoolchildren, the municipal school No. 41 is a 4-minute walk away, and a children's space "Ptashenya" is a 5-minute drive away. In the neighboring village of Borki, at the same distance, there is a comprehensive school that combines a school and a part-time kindergarten under one roof. Also near the residential complex are Music School No. 7, Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and IT Academy "Hebron".

Within a radius of 2-5 minutes by car from the new building, there are children's and adult polyclinics of the 7th city hospital, Lviv city cardiological hospital, and ophthalmologic hospital.

You can relax near the house and spend time with friends in a paintball club, bike park, lakeside complex "Koliba", on the shore of Bryukhovychi Lake or in Bryukhovychi Forest. For those who are used to spending their free time training, a 13-minute walk from the house is the Voodoo Wake Park sports complex.
