LCD SVOЇ PARKHOUSE In Levov

SVOЇ PARKHOUSE is a new low-rise residential complex in the green and quiet suburb of Lviv, in the village of Bryukhovychi.

Thanks to its low-rise construction and cozy courtyard, an atmosphere of suburban life is created, but with all the advantages and accessibility of city infrastructure. There are no industrial enterprises nearby, instead there is a large Bryukhovetsky forest, allowing residents to enjoy walks in the fresh air.

The residential complex consists of a five-story comfort-class building with two sections, built using monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of ceramic blocks additionally insulated with mineral wool. The "SVOЇ PARKHOUSE" residential complex is located in the ecologically attractive suburb of Lviv - Bryukhovychi village on Kurortnyi Lane, 3. This is a green area near a pine forest and at the same time 5 minutes by car from Lviv, allowing residents to use the infrastructure of a large regional center.

The Bryukhovychi train station is 500 meters away. A 2-minute walk from the complex is a bus stop for buses No. 8, No. 22, No. 104, No. 123, some of which run between the village and Lviv.

The nearest supermarket "Aurora" is a 6-minute walk away, a few minutes further is the "Blizenko" supermarket. Along Independence Street, a 5-minute walk away, there are various shops, cafes, and post offices. On the outskirts of Lviv, about 10 minutes by car, is the sports-trading-entertainment center Spartak, which includes the "Silpo" supermarket, the "Sport Life" fitness club, the "Multiplex" cinema, a large children's area with play areas, food court, and brand stores. A 17-minute drive away is the open hypermarket "Epicenter K", which sells building materials and household goods.

If a kindergarten is needed, a 6-minute walk will take you to Kindergarten No.143 "Forest Bell". For schoolchildren, a municipal school No. 41 is a 4-minute walk away, and a 5-minute drive away is the "Ptashenya" children's space. In the neighboring village of Birky, at the same distance, there is a comprehensive school that combines a school and a part-time kindergarten under one roof. Also near the residential complex are Music School No.7, Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and the IT Academy "Hebron".

Within a radius of 2-5 minutes by car from the new building are located the children's and adult clinics of the 7th City Hospital, Lviv City Cardiology Hospital, and Ophthalmology Hospital.

For relaxation near the house and spending time with friends, you can visit the paintball club, bike park, the lake complex "Kolyba", the shore of Bryukhovychi Lake, or Bryukhovychi Forest. For those who prefer to spend their free time training, a 13-minute walk from the building is the sports complex "Voodoo Wake Park".
