Description

"St. Olga and Elizabeth Residential Complex" is a modern comfort-class residential complex that successfully combines residential areas with commercial premises, a preschool, and well-thought-out adjacent territories.

The residential part of the complex consists of two buildings of different floors, equipped with modern elevators. The first building has 4 to 6 floors, the second has 5 to 7 floors. Future residents are offered 1-6 room apartments of different sizes and layouts. On the top floors of the buildings, there are two-level apartments with private terraces. The layouts of apartments on other floors include balconies or loggias.

A sufficient number of basements and storage rooms located on the floors are planned for storage in the buildings. In addition, each section will have a shared facility that can be used for storing baby strollers, bicycles, scooters, etc.

The ground floors of the buildings are occupied by commercial premises. Here, a supermarket, bank branch, pharmacy, beauty salon, or cozy cafe will comfortably accommodate.

Safety and care are important elements in the residential complex. Boom barriers will be installed at the entrances to the inner courtyard, ensuring that only residents' cars enter the courtyard.

A concierge will supervise the territory 24/7 through video surveillance to maintain order.

The construction project also includes the creation of a special shelter to protect residents in accordance with new standards and requirements.

Infrastructure

The "St. Olga and Elizabeth Residential Complex" is being built in Vinniki - a suburban area that has become an integral part of Lviv, on the central artery, Galitska Street (highway N-02 Lviv - Ternopil), which is 30 minutes by car to the historical center of Lviv. Several bus routes stop near the new building, running between Vinniki and the regional center, as well as a major transport interchange at the intersection with Lviv's Ring Road. This will allow residents to quickly reach any district of the regional center and adjacent settlements.

Such a location of the "St. Olga and Elizabeth Residential Complex" and the presence of a developed transport infrastructure nearby will allow residents to enjoy the benefits of a large regional center.

You can buy groceries near the complex at the "Express Nash Kray" store and within a 3-5 minute drive from the stores Pocket, "Products from A to Z" and supermarkets "ATB-Market," "Rukavychka," and "Zhupan." An "ATB" shopping center is being built opposite the complex.

If there is a need for a preschool, within a 3-minute drive from the house are the kindergartens "Petronelka" and Baby Club, a little further away are the Helen Doron and "Posmishka" kindergartens.
