Residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" is a modern comfort-class residential complex that successfully combines residential areas with commercial premises, a preschool, and well-thought-out adjacent territories.
The residential part of the complex consists of two buildings of different storeys equipped with modern elevators. The first building has 4 to 6 floors, the second has 5 to 7 floors. Future residents are offered 1-6 room apartments of various sizes and layouts. The top floors of the buildings feature duplex apartments with private terraces. Infrastructure
The residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" is being built in Vinniki - a suburban area that has already become a full part of Lviv, on the central artery, Galitska Street (highway H-02 Lviv — Ternopil), which is 30 minutes by car to the historic center of Lviv. Near the new building are stops for several bus routes that run between Vinniki and the regional center, as well as a major transport interchange at the intersection with Lviv's Ring Road. This will allow residents to quickly reach any district of the regional center and neighboring settlements.
Such a location of the residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" and the presence of a developed transport infrastructure nearby will allow residents to enjoy the privileges of a large regional center.
You can buy groceries near the complex at the "Express Nash Krai" store and at stores such as Pocket, "Products from A to Z," as well as supermarkets like "ATB-Market," "Rukavychka," and "Zhupan" all within a 3-5 minute drive. The "ATB" shopping center is also being built opposite the complex.
If there is a need for a preschool, the "Petronelka" and Baby Club kindergartens are a 3-minute drive from the building, while the Helen Doron and "Posmishka" kindergartens are a few minutes further. Students can walk to the Vinniki General Sanatorium Boarding School in 6 minutes, Municipal School No. 47 in 8 minutes, and the "Berehynia" School in 14 minutes. For extracurricular activities, the Children's and Youth Creativity Center is an 11-minute walk from the residential complex, and an English language school is a 4-minute drive away.
