"Green Rest" is an investment project from Green Rest Development with premium apartments in the heart of the Carpathians. The complex is located in the village of Nyzhnia Rozhanka, near Slavske, in the Lviv region. By investing in "Green Rest", you have the opportunity to entrust property management to a management company that will take on all hotel operations: advertising and marketing services, centralized apartment check-in, room service, and a full range of maintenance services. Apartment owners only control the hotel's work report and income from the operation of their apartment. The management company provides 30 bonus days for investors to stay each year, including 14 days of free stay with dividend payments and 16 days of stay at cost price without dividend payments + 15% discount on all complex services.

Infrastructure

The "Green Rest" complex is located on the bank of a river in the village of Nyzhnia Rozhanka, near Slavske, in the Lviv region. The road to Lviv by car will take about two hours. The future ski resort GORO Mountain Resort is located 12 km from the complex. For hotel guests, there will be a separate ski room where equipment can be dried and not stored in the room.

For the comfort of guests, the "Green Rest" complex provides its own infrastructure, allowing to combine work, leisure, and tourism. A conference hall for 60 people will host any event in nature and mountainous terrain. The combination of business and leisure will allow you to reboot from the noisy city.

2 Restaurants at "Green Rest" offer hotel guests not only delicious food but also the opportunity to hold wedding ceremonies, birthdays, or business meetings for a large company. Those who enjoy active leisure can play tennis, football, or basketball on the hotel sports ground in warm weather. And in the winter season, thanks to modern technologies, it will turn into an ice rink. There is a gym for fitness training and a yoga area. The hotel also features a professional 25-meter pool for sports camps among swimmers.

There is always a place for your children in any weather. An outdoor playground for children, as well as a separate room in the hotel, are available. Bicycles can be rented in the hotel for both children and adults to explore the picturesque Carpathians. In the summer, the pool area with an outdoor pool, bungalows, and sun loungers awaits you. And in any season, you can visit heated pools, enjoy a hammam and a Roman bath, and restore your energy balance in the Wellness & SPA relaxation area.
