"Skhily" cottage village is a modern, ecological, and ergonomic format of suburban living. The project includes the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, recreation, work, or investment. Surrounded by hills and forests, the cottages give the feeling of being in "little Carpathians."

"Skhily" is located in the closest suburb of Lviv - just 14 km from the city center. It offers quick access to infrastructure and at the same time the tranquility of suburban living based on the concept of slow living.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located in the village of Bіrki, a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Nearby are the Roztochia reserve areas and the Koroleva Hora tract with magnificent 400-year-old forests listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Due to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage village, there will be a complex with its own infrastructure, including a children's education and development center, a fitness center with panoramic views, a spa center with rejuvenating and health programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini-brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores, supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, a "Nova Poshta" branch, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

In the village, there is the Bіrki NVC (combined primary school and kindergarten) for children. Medical facilities include an ophthalmological clinic and Lviv Cardiological Hospital No. 7.
