LCD KM Skhili In Levovskaya oblaste

Cottage village "Skhily" is a modern, ecological, and ergonomic format of suburban living. The project involves the construction of eighteen BarnHouses ranging from 55 m2 to 110 m2 for living, leisure, work, or investment purposes. Since the cottages are surrounded by hills and forests, there is a feeling as if you are in the "little Carpathians."

"Skhily" is located in the closest suburb of Lviv - only 14 km to the city center. It provides quick access to infrastructure while offering the tranquility of suburban living according to the slow living concept.

Infrastructure

The cottage village is located in the village of Birkі, just a 15-minute drive from Lviv. Near the residential area are the protected areas of Roztochchya and the territory of Koroleva Hora with magnificent 400-year-old forests that are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Thanks to the special status of the surrounding nature, you can be sure that the landscapes nearby will not change over time.

Next to the cottage village, there will be a complex with its own infrastructure, including a center for children's education and development, a fitness center with panoramic views, a SPA center with rejuvenating and health programs, a grill restaurant, a pub with a mini-brewery, a shop, a cafe, a bakery, and a medical office.

Within a 15-minute radius by car from the cottages, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, a branch of "Nova Poshta," cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

In the village, there is the Birkivsky NVK (secondary school I-III levels and kindergarten) for children. Among the medical facilities are an ophthalmologic clinic and the 7th Lviv Cardiological Hospital.
