LCD Townhouse Soul House In Levovskaya oblaste

Soul House Townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a country house. Two-storey cottages with private plots are located near a pine forest in the village of Bіrki near Lviv. Next to each townhouse there are two parking spaces with convenient access. At the back of the house, there is a private yard where you can arrange a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.

Another advantage of the cottages is the insulated attic, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office if desired.

Infrastructure

Soul House Townhouses are being built 25 minutes by car from Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. It is possible to reach the regional center by public transport – an 8-minute walk to the stops of suburban routes №104, №123 and №144, which take you to Bus Station №2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv and Vyacheslav Chornovil Street. A 4-minute drive from the town is the Lviv Ring Road, which allows quick access to any district of the western capital of Ukraine.

Within a 10-minute radius by car from the townhouses, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical institutions, an educational complex, branches of "Nova Poshta", cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, and the "Rukavychka" supermarket is a 4-7 minute drive away.
