The residential complex on Rubchaka Street in the village of Solonka in Lviv region is another project of the "KarpatBud" corporation. The economy class two-section building has only four floors and 74 apartments, which guarantees a small number of residents and provides more privacy and tranquility. One-bedroom apartments ranging from 27-52 sq.m and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 51-65 sq.m with ergonomic convenient layouts are available to choose from.
The construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology, with walls made of gas blocks insulated with polystyrene plates. Autonomous heating in the building ensures moderate maintenance costs for residents.
The project includes the arrangement of an open parking lot on the adjacent territory for residents' cars.
Infrastructure
The residential complex on Rubchaka Street is located in the village of Solonka, just a 5-minute drive from Lviv's Ring Road. The E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway (also known as Stryiska Street) runs nearby, with a drive to Rynok Square in the city center taking about 20 minutes by car. Any part of Lviv can also be reached by public transport: a bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the building, where over 20 bus routes to the regional center operate.
Solonka has several essential infrastructure facilities, including grocery stores, a school, a kindergarten, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a hair salon, a car service station, a gas station, a church, and a football field. Residents of the residential complex on Rubchaka Street will also have access to Lviv's infrastructure, particularly in the Frankivsky and Sykhivsky districts of the city.
Within a 10-minute walk in Solonka, residents can reach the nearest grocery stores. A drive to the "ATB Market" takes about 4 minutes by car. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the King Cross Leopolis shopping mall, where the "Ashan" grocery hypermarket operates, along with various shops, necessary services, the "Planeta Kino" cinema, the "Fly Kids" children's entertainment complex, and a food court with several cafes and restaurants. There is also an open hypermarket "Epicenter" where you can find everything you need for home repairs and furnishings. For farm products, you can always visit the "Shuvar" market, which is a 14-minute drive away.
For children's educational institutions, the closest to the building on Rubchaka Street are the "Polina's Home School" early development center and the private kindergarten "Pazlyki," which are a 10 and 12-minute walk away, respectively. The Solonska primary school is about a 13-minute walk for schoolchildren. Parents can also choose educational institutions in Lviv, located 13-15 minutes away by car from the building.
For active sports training, the "Best Body" gym is a 10-minute walk from the building.
