The Biarritz Club House is named after the French seaside resort and embodies the best qualities of European premium housing. The architectural style of the building is characterized by the developer as eclectic with elements of baroque - a combination of classic and modern, grandeur and sophistication. The facade will be in sky-blue color with white decorative elements, and the lacework of balcony railings will complement the overall picture.
According to the project, there will be only 45 apartments here - two to three per floor.
