Description

The residential complex "Prostir Eco City on Radisna" consists of 26 residential buildings of different heights, located on a total area of 10 hectares. The project envisages a low building density, which will allow not to overload the area near the buildings and make it convenient for living.

In the courtyards, there will be a park area with children's playgrounds, sports grounds, and bike paths. To ensure safe and comfortable walks in the yard, there will be no cars on the premises - underground parking, individual garage boxes, and guest parking are provided for them.

The style of the buildings stands out for its simplicity of forms and decoration. The buildings are located at the intersection of winds to ensure quiet and windless courtyards. Factors of noise absorption have also been taken into account in the project so that road sounds do not reach the apartment. The facades are made according to ventilated technology, which allows to protect the walls from overheating in summer and better retain heat in winter, and natural materials such as wood, stone, and aluminum are used for decoration.

Infrastructure

Thanks to the park area of 21,000 m², the residential complex "Prostir Eco City" will become a favorite place for walks. A green theater will be arranged on the territory, where concerts and festivals can be held, as well as an indoor water park.
