"Akvarel 10" residential complex is a new project from the eponymous company. It is a low-rise quarter development of 5-9 floors with the concept of a "city within a city" located on 16 hectares with closed and secure residential blocks.
For the safety of residents, closed blocks are designed - there is no access for cars and outsiders. A separate zone will be allocated for cars around the perimeter of the block. There will also be round-the-clock security and video surveillance. Commercial premises can only be accessed from the outside of the building, meaning there will be no "unnecessary" people on the premises.

"Akvarel 10" residential complex is located on Akademika Sakharova Street with convenient transportation links - residents can reach bus stops for route taxis No. 120, No. 145, No. 168, and No. 242, as well as bus No. 67 in just a few minutes.
The internal infrastructure of the residential complex is completely autonomous, making all necessary facilities within walking distance. These include various shops, restaurants, medical facilities, a fitness club, and even a school with a kindergarten.
Within a 20-minute walk from the building, municipal schools No. 15, No. 24, No. 17, No. 22, No. 73, and No. 92 operate. Children can attend kindergartens at the same distance: No. 232, No. 268, No. 307, No. 287 "Zhuravushka," No. 2, and No. 5.
