Description

The ITown project provides for the construction of a new residential complex of urban type, the main idea of which is to abandon typical buildings with standard layouts. The residential complex will consist of 5 buildings with variable number of floors - from 9 to 25 floors - with minimalist facade decoration and non-standard geometry. Some roofs are planned to be made operational, with park areas and barbecue spots being arranged on them.

The territory of the ITown complex will be divided into open public and closed private zones so that residents can feel safe. The residential complex will have a completely autonomous infrastructure - fitness clubs, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets, and pharmacies will be opened in commercial premises. Another feature will be the presence of its own business center with Class A offices, a conference hall, and a coworking space. For children, modern playgrounds will be installed, and sports complexes in the open air will appeal to those who enjoy an active lifestyle.

Infrastructure

The ITown residential complex will be located in the central part of Odessa between Marine descent and Primorska street. The tourist center of the city is no more than a 10-minute walk away, and it is not far from the beaches of Langeron and Vita. If public transport is needed, trolleybus stops №10, buses №68 and №110, as well as shuttle taxis №210, №120, №137, №145, №190, and №242 are within walking distance.

For the entertainment of residents, the developer has planned the construction of its own cinema. If you feel like walking in the park, Taras Shevchenko Park with attractions, the Chornomorets stadium, recreation areas, a skate park, bike paths, and cafes for snacks is a 7-minute drive away. Closer to the sea, there is the Nemo Dolphinarium, which will surely be enjoyed by both children and adults.
