Description

The ITown project provides for the construction of a new residential complex of urban type, the main idea of which is to abandon typical buildings with standard layouts. The residential complex will consist of 5 buildings with variable number of floors - from 9 to 25 floors - with minimalist facade decoration and non-standard geometry. Some roofs are planned to be operational, with park areas and barbecue areas.

The territory of the ITown complex will be divided into open public and closed private zones so that residents can feel safe. The residential complex will have a completely autonomous infrastructure - fitness clubs, cafes and restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets and pharmacies will be opened in commercial premises. Another feature will be the presence of its own business center with Class A offices, a conference hall, and coworking space. For children, modern playgrounds will be installed, and sports complexes outdoors will appeal to enthusiasts of an active lifestyle.

Infrastructure

The ITown residential complex will be located in the central part of Odessa between Marinesko descent and Primorska street. The tourist center of the city is no more than a 10-minute walk away, and from there it is not far to the "Langeron" and "Arcadia" beaches. If public transport is needed, trolleybus stops No. 10, buses No. 68 and No. 110, and shuttle buses No. 210, No. 120, No. 137, No. 145, No. 190, and No. 242 are within walking distance.
