The ITown project envisages the construction of a new residential complex of an urban type, the main idea of which is to abandon typical buildings with standard layouts. The residential complex will consist of 5 buildings with variable number of floors - from 9 to 25 floors - with minimalist facade decoration and non-standard geometry. Some roofs are planned to be operational, with park areas and barbecue spots.
The territory of the ITown complex will be divided into open public and closed private zones to ensure the residents' safety. The residential complex will have a fully autonomous infrastructure - commercial premises will house a fitness club, cafes and restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Another feature will be the presence of its own business center with A-class offices, a conference hall, and a coworking space. For children, modern playgrounds will be installed, and sports complexes outdoors will appeal to those who prefer an active lifestyle.
Infrastructure
The ITown residential complex will be located in the central part of Odessa, between Marine descent and Primorska Street. The tourist center of the city is no more than a 10-minute walk away, and it is a short distance to the beaches of "Lanzheron" and "Vidrada". Public transport stops are within walking distance, with stops for trolleybus No. 10, buses No. 68 and No. 110, and shuttle taxis No. 210, No. 120, No. 137, No. 145, No. 190 and No. 242.
For the entertainment of the residents, the developer plans to build its own cinema. If you want to take a walk in the park, Shevchenko Park with attractions, the Chornomorets Stadium, recreation areas, a skate park, bike paths, and cafes for snacks are a 7-minute drive away. Closer to the sea is the "Nemo" dolphinarium, which will surely appeal to both children and adults.
