"Odeska Chaika" residential complex is apartments in an ecologically clean area of Odesa, 10 minutes by car from the sea and estuary. Sports enthusiasts can use the MAX and "Malibu" sports halls, located a 6-minute and 8-minute walk away, respectively, and if you want to go ice skating, the "Umka" skating rink is an 8-minute drive away.
