The main idea of the RosenTal project is to create a modern family residential complex, the main features of which will be comfort, environmental friendliness, and quality. The developer has paid special attention to the safety of future residents: the territory of the residential complex will be closed off from outsiders, security points will be provided at the entrance and exit, and video surveillance cameras will be installed in public areas.

The main feature of RosenTal is the concept of low-rise construction. In total, there will be seven 7-storey buildings in the project, which will avoid the feeling of "concrete jungles." The RosenTal residential complex is located in the center of the village of Limanka, just 2 km from the city limits. It is a half-hour drive to the center of Odessa by car or an hour by bus number 25, with a stop located near the building. The nearest beach in Chornomorsk is a 10-minute drive away. Also, for the convenience of residents, the developer has provided shuttle buses that will run between RosenTal and the "Pivdenny" market.

Another feature of the complex is its own infrastructure. A shopping and entertainment center with shops and cafes, children's development centers, and sports facilities will be built here.

In the neighboring town of Tairove, there is a public school that residents of the complex can attend for free using a school bus. There is also a kindergarten for children, which is currently undergoing renovation and expansion - soon the institution will be able to accommodate over 300 children. In addition, in the neighboring residential complex, which is 3 km away, there is a private kindergarten "Rainbow", and in Limanka, there are several private development clubs.

• two-chamber PVC windows with a triple-pane glass will be installed in the apartments, with a brown "wood-like" profile

• the roof boiler rooms will be equipped with condensing boilers from the German company Buderus and Grundfos pumps, which will increase energy efficiency and help reduce utility bills

• radiators with thermostats and heat meters will be installed in the apartments to control the temperature in the room and save costs
