LCD BOSTON Creative House In Kiiv

BOSTON Creative House is a residential complex with its own infrastructure in the heart of Petrivka. The authors of the project were inspired by the American city of Boston and brought the Boston atmosphere of technology and innovation into the project concept.

The technological aspect of the project is reflected in the dynamic facades and internal equipment of the complex: from construction technology to smart home systems in the apartments. To embody the concept of "everything you need - right in the building," the project authors have designed 5 floors of commercial space for useful services for the residents of the complex.

The courtyard of BOSTON Creative House is a landscaped area that transitions into a park near the building with playgrounds for children of all ages, places to relax, and sports grounds.

Infrastructure

At the project stage, the developer has planned the development of infrastructure for future residents: the first 5 floors will house 22,000 m² of commercial space. Offices, coworking spaces, a conference hall, and creative studios will be available for work. For leisure and relaxation, cafes, restaurants, shops, and beauty salons will be opened. Residents can also enjoy a landscaped courtyard that transitions into a park with picnic areas.

In the surrounding area of BOSTON Creative House, the infrastructure is well developed. Within walking distance are shopping centers such as "Makros", Gorodok Gallery Shopping Center, and Plaza Sport Outlet Shopping Mall, with dozens of shops offering a wide range of products and services. A 15-minute walk or 4-minute drive will take you to Blockbuster Mall, which features a cinema, entertainment center, and numerous shops and services. The area also has a well-developed automotive market, with car parts stores, service stations, official service centers, car washes, and showrooms for both new and used cars only a few minutes' drive away. If you need something for your home or repairs, Epicenter is just an 8-minute drive away.

Supermarkets are located in nearby shopping centers - "Silpo" in Blockbuster Mall, Fozzy in Gorodok Gallery, "Eco Market" across the street, and a METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket a 15-minute walk away.
