BOSTON Creative House is a residential complex with its own infrastructure in the heart of Petrivka. The project authors were inspired by the American city of Boston and transferred the Boston atmosphere of technology and innovation into the project concept.
The technological aspect of the project is reflected in the dynamics of the facades and the internal equipment of the complex: from construction technology to smart home systems in the apartments. To embody the concept of "everything you need - right in the building", the project authors have planned 5 floors of commercial spaces for useful services for the complex residents.
The on-site area of BOSTON Creative House is a courtyard with landscape design that transitions into a park near the building with play areas for children of different ages, places for relaxation, and sports grounds.
Infrastructure
During the project stage, the developer planned the development of infrastructure for future residents: the first 5 floors will house 22,000 m² of commercial spaces. Offices, coworking spaces, a conference hall, and creative studios will be open for work. For leisure and relaxation, cafes, restaurants, shops, and beauty salons will be available. Residents can take a walk in the landscaped courtyard that transitions into a park with picnic areas.
In the vicinity of BOSTON Creative House on Pochaina and beyond, the infrastructure is well developed. Within walking distance are TC "Makros", Gorodok Gallery Shopping Center, Plaza Sport Outlet Shopping Mall, with dozens of shops from hookah and tobacco sales points to specialized wholesale goods outlets. Within a 15-minute walk or 4-minute drive, residents can reach "Blockbuster Mall" with a cinema, entertainment center, dozens of shops and services. There is also a developed automobile market - a few minutes' drive will take you to car parts stores, car service centers, official service centers, car washes, and showrooms for old and new cars. If something is needed for the home or repairs, it's an 8-minute drive to Epicenter.
Supermarkets are open in the surrounding shopping centers - in "Blockbuster Mall" there's "Silpo", in Gorodok Gallery there's Fozzy, across the street there's "Eko Market", and a 15-minute walk away is the hypermarket METRO Cash & Carry with all kinds of goods.
For children in BOSTON Creative House, there is a kindergarten, a development studio, and children's playgrounds. The closest schools are in Obolon, for example, schools No. 216, No. 219, and No. 210.
Sports activities can also be enjoyed on the premises: basketball courts, a skate park, running and biking tracks will be available. Within a 5-minute drive from the complex, there is the open Sport Life Pochaina with aquazone, gym, group exercise studio, children's fitness academy, and SPA. A 9-minute drive away is the sports complex DOG & Grand CrossFit and the Climbing Space sports complex for rock climbers. Next to Climbing Space, there are two mini-football fields on artificial turf.
