LCD BOSTON Creative House In Kiiv

BOSTON Creative House is a residential complex with its own infrastructure in the heart of Petrivka. The project authors were inspired by the American city of Boston and transferred the Boston atmosphere of technology and innovation into the project concept.

The technological essence of the project is reflected in the dynamism of the facades and the internal equipment of the complex: from construction technology to smart home systems in the apartments. To embody the concept of "everything you need - right in the building," the project authors have designed 5 floors of commercial spaces for useful services for the residents of the complex.

The BOSTON Creative House courtyard area is a landscaped courtyard that transitions into a park next to the building with play areas for children of all ages, recreation areas, and sports fields.

Infrastructure

During the project stage, the developer has planned the development of infrastructure for future residents: the first 5 floors will house 22,000 m² of commercial space. Offices, coworking spaces, a conference hall, and creative studios will be open for work. For leisure and relaxation, cafes, restaurants, shops, and beauty salons will be available. Residents can take a stroll in the landscaped courtyard that transitions into a park with picnic areas.

In the vicinity of BOSTON Creative House, there is a developed infrastructure. Within walking distance, there are Macro Shopping Center, Gorodok Gallery Shopping Mall, Plaza Sport Outlet Shopping Mall, with dozens of shops ranging from hookah and tobacco points of sale to specialized wholesale product outlets. Within a 15-minute walk or a 4-minute drive, residents can reach Blockbuster Mall, which features a cinema, entertainment center, dozens of shops, and services. The area also has a well-developed automotive market with auto parts stores, service stations, official service centers, car washes, and salons selling new and used cars just a few minutes' drive away. For household or renovation needs, it is an 8-minute drive to Epicenter.

Surrounding shopping centers feature supermarkets - "Silpo" in Blockbuster Mall, Fozzy in Gorodok Gallery, "Eco Market" across the avenue, and a METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket a 15-minute walk away.

For children at BOSTON Creative House, there is a kindergarten, a development studio, and children's play areas. The nearest schools in Obolon include Schools No. 216, No. 219, and No. 210.
