LCD Clubhouse Idealist In Kiiv

Idealist Club House is spacious apartments and penthouses with panoramic terraces in one of the greenest corners of Kyiv, between three parks: Nivki, Dubki, and Syretsky. A 7-minute drive will take you to the "Nivki" market for fresh fruits and vegetables.

On the first floor of the Idealist Club House, there is a planned cafe, and several great places to have lunch or coffee with friends are located within a 5-minute walk: the Uzbek cuisine restaurant "Kysh-Mysh", Very Well Cafe, coffee shops "Classical Coffee" and "Khlib".

The new building is surrounded by educational institutions: kindergartens, schools, and universities. Several kindergartens are located in the vicinity to welcome the young residents of the new building. The nearest kindergarten No. 431 "Kobzaryk" is a 3-minute walk away.
