The architects of the club house LA MANCHE organically combined traditional elements of Italian, English, and French architecture. The lower floors of the building are adorned with granite, and the large windows are done in the "Palladian" style of the early 18th century. The main floors are decorated with fibroconcrete and artificial stone, while the roof, covered with tiles, imitates the roof-hip of historical buildings.

The designers of the surrounding landscape recreated the atmosphere of Parisian boulevards, as well as included a children's playground, pet walking area, mini-golf and croquet courts. Classic materials such as marble, wood, ceramic granite, and galvanized metal were used for the landscaping.
