The architects of the club house LA MANCHE have organically combined traditional elements of Italian, English, and French architecture. The lower floors of the building are decorated with granite, and large windows are made in the "Palladian" style of the early 18th century. The main floors are decorated with fibroconcrete and artificial stone, and the tiled roof mimics the roof-shade of historical buildings.

The designers of the landscaping around the building have recreated the atmosphere of Parisian boulevards, as well as placed a children's playground, a pet walking area, mini-golf and croquet courts. Classic materials such as marble, wood, ceramic granite, and galvanized metal were used for finishing.
