SAGA City Space is an Urban Hub project that combines residential and public spaces. The complex is divided into sections of different heights - a three-story business section and a seven-story residential section.

The business center of SAGA City Space faces Sagaidachnogo Street and fits into the historical architecture with its rhythm, low height, and color palette of decoration, but without imitating the architecture of past years. The facade will be adorned with perforated brickwork. In addition to the external appearance, the special feature of the brick is that the building will "glow from within" - in the dark of night, this will serve as decorative illumination of the building.

The residential and business parts of the complex are connected by pedestrian galleries. The residential part is located deep inside the plot, where the height of the building will not disturb the ensemble of the surrounding historical architecture. The facades of the residential part will also be made of perforated brick.
