LCD SAGA City Space In Kiiv

SAGA City Space is an Urban Hub project that combines residential and public spaces. The complex is divided into sections of different heights - a three-story office and a seven-story residential one.

The office center SAGA City Space faces Sagaidachnogo Street and fits into the historical development with its rhythm, low height, and color palette decoration, but without imitating the architecture of past years. The facade will be decorated with perforated brickwork. In addition to the exterior, the special feature of the brick is that the building will be "lit from the inside" - in the dark hours of the day, this will serve as decorative lighting of the building.

The residential and office parts of the complex are connected by pedestrian galleries. The residential part is located deep within the plot, where the height of the building will not disrupt the ensemble of the surrounding historical buildings. The facades of the residential part will also be made of perforated brick.

Infrastructure

Podil is the heart of Kyiv, a district known not only for its old streets and architectural monuments, but also for its infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, bars, and pubs that attract people from different parts of Kyiv. To continue the dynamics of the district's infrastructure, the three-story part of the complex includes areas for coworking, concert hall, office spaces, restaurants, and cafes. New format establishments are constantly opening in Podil, so the residents of SAGA City Space will always be aware of the development of the capital's gastronomic map.

You can walk to the grocery stores faster than drive: nearby are supermarkets "Silpo" and "Billa," as well as stores of elite alcoholic beverages, farm and eco-products. A 15-minute walk to Zhitniy market, where you can always find household goods, fresh fruits, vegetables, farm products, spices, and dried fruits.
