Forest Villa consists of 12 single-storey cottages with an area of 150 sq. m. each, with an additional relaxation area on the operated roof. According to the project, the housing is built in a high-tech style - light facade decoration with elements of natural materials (wood, stone), large windows, concise lines. When buying a cottage, you will also have your own land plot from 7 to 10 acres, which is completely landscaped, fenced with a fence from neighboring plots, equipped with an automatic lawn irrigation system, and the pathways are paved with paving stones. The format of a country house will allow you to have a barbecue in your yard, install a pool, or engage in gardening.

The entire territory of the town is closed to outsiders and equipped with video surveillance cameras. For all residents, there is a small park with a fountain, a children's playground, and recreation areas.

Infrastructure

The cottage town Forest Villa is located in the village of Rozhivka, 8 km from Brovary. This is an environmentally friendly location surrounded by coniferous forests, far from dusty roads. The road to Brovary will take 15 minutes by car, the metro station "Lisova" is half an hour away, and the center of Kyiv is 50 minutes away.
