LCD KM Gardd House Eco Village In Kievskaya oblaste

The Gardd House Eco Village comfort-class cottage town is located in the village of Rozhni in Brovary district near the banks of the Desna River. According to the project, two construction phases are planned: 45 cottages and 44 duplexes. The main highlight of the town is a 500 sq.m pond for swimming and water walks with a relaxation area. The water self-cleaning system and special green plantings create a unique eco-system in the pond, which remains clean and transparent at all times.
