River Garden is a cottage town in the green area of the suburbs of Kyiv. On 17 hectares, two-level villas with their own plots and compact duplexes with lounge areas on the roofs will be located. All houses will be done in a unified architectural style: simple geometry of facades, panoramic windows, and pastel tones of decoration.
The River Garden project emphasizes environmental friendliness - located in a recreational area, a large landscaped park, a private beach on the Desna River, walking paths in the fresh air, drinking water supply from a well, and roads with natural coverings without asphalt.
Each house will have its own plot ranging from 13 acres for organizing a mini-garden, barbecue areas, pools, children's play areas, or other useful recreational spaces.
Infrastructure
River Garden will have its own infrastructure for education, sports, recreation, and medical assistance. For the little ones, a kindergarten, a children's campus with a pool will be opened on the territory. An American school - AISU with preschool, primary, middle, and high school programs will also be opened.
For recreation, a restaurant on the water will be opened, and for shopping, a grocery store. If you enjoy fishing, you can relax with a fishing rod on the fishing pier.
There will be a 5-hectare park in River Garden with walking routes, relaxation areas, bicycle playgrounds, children's play areas. They will arrange an exit to the Desna River with a clean sandy beach. There will be workout areas for outdoor training, and for traditional strength training, a fitness center with a spa area will be opened. There will be places to play tennis, football, or basketball.
For car parking, a parking lot, and guest parking will be arranged. You can even park a helicopter on a special pad or moor a yacht to the shore.
Infrastructure of Vyshhorod is a 15-minute drive from River Garden: schools, kindergartens, network supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, fitness centers, post offices, and service facilities.
