River Garden is a cottage town in the green area of the outskirts of Kyiv. On 17 hectares, two-level villas with their own plots and compact duplexes with lounge areas on the roofs will be located. For the little ones, a kindergarten and a children's campus with a pool will be opened on the territory. An American school - AISU with programs for preschool education, primary, middle, and high school will also be opened.

For relaxation, a restaurant on the water will be opened, and for shopping, a grocery store. If you enjoy fishing, you can relax with a fishing rod at the fishing pier.

River Garden will have its own park covering an area of 5 hectares with walking routes, relaxation areas, bicycle playgrounds, children's play areas. There will be an access to the Desna River with a clean sandy beach. For outdoor workouts, there will be workout zones, and for traditional strength training, a fitness center with a spa zone will be opened. There will be facilities for playing tennis, football, or basketball.

For car storage, a parking lot and guest parking will be arranged. You can even park a helicopter on a special pad or moor a yacht to the shore.

The infrastructure of Vyshhorod is a 15-minute drive from River Garden: schools, kindergartens, network supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, fitness centers, post offices, and service providers.
