Tivoli cottages feature modern architecture with black and white finishes, panoramic windows, and clean lines. 24 houses are located within a gated area - there is a checkpoint at the entrance to the complex, and 24-hour video surveillance is in place in public areas. The settlement is equipped with sports grounds, swimming pools, a sauna complex, and outdoor jogging routes.

A typical 200 sq. m. cottage project includes a studio kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom on the second floor. Each house will have a plot of land ranging from 6 to 8 acres - enough to create a comfortable lounge area with a barbecue and pool, or to set up a children's playground.

Infrastructure

The Tivoli cottage town is being built in the village of Khodosivka, which has infrastructure including shops, a school, a kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, a shopping center, a branch of Nova Poshta, a medical clinic, and other services.

There is a high-quality European-standard road connecting the town to Kyiv, allowing for quick and comfortable travel to and from the capital. The nearest metro station, "Vydubychi," is a 20-minute drive away, and if public transport is needed, bus stops for routes 735 and 738 are a 10-minute walk from the cottage town.

Just an 8-minute drive from the cottages is Ukraine's first outlet village - "Manufaktura," which houses over 75 shops of various kinds, restaurants, cafes, and confectioneries. For children, there is a playground, the "Children's World" development center, and the "Dakland" children's entertainment center. Nearby are a fitness club, beauty salon, bowling club, shooting range, cinema, hypermarket, and medical center. Within an 8-10 minute drive are grocery supermarkets, a wholesale market, a garden center, and a shopping center.

For young children, there are kindergartens within a 6-8 minute drive from the cottages. Older children can attend the private elementary school Future Skills, which is a 5-minute drive away, with the Khodosivska comprehensive school I-III levels located nearby. Parents can also easily drive their children to preschools and schools in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, a 17-minute drive away.
