Tivoli cottages feature modern architecture with black and white finishing, panoramic windows, and straight, concise lines. 24 houses are located on a closed territory - at the entrance to the complex there is a checkpoint, and public areas are equipped with round-the-clock video surveillance. The settlement is equipped with sports grounds, pools, a sauna complex, and jogging routes in the fresh air.

A typical project of a 200 sq.m. cottage includes a kitchen-studio and a bathroom on the first floor, and on the second floor - two bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom. The land plot for each house will be from 6 to 8 acres - this is enough to arrange a comfortable lounge area with a barbecue and a pool, or to set up a children's playground.

Infrastructure

The Tivoli cottage town is being built in the village of Khodosivka, the infrastructure of which includes shops, a school, a kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, a shopping center, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a medical clinic, and other services.

There is a high-quality European road from the town to Kyiv, so you can quickly and comfortably reach the specified point in the capital and return home. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the nearest metro station "Vydubychi", and if public transport is needed, bus stops No. 735 and No. 738 are a 10-minute walk from the cottage town.

8 minutes' drive from the cottages is the first outlet village in Ukraine - "Manufaktura", which has over 75 stores of various orientations, restaurants, cafes, and confectioneries. For children, there is a playground, the "Children's Room" development center, and the "Dakland" children's entertainment center. Next to the outlet village are the "Deltaplan" fitness club, Ala Delta beauty salon, a bowling club, a shooting range, the "Butterfly Country" cinema, the "Megamarket" hypermarket, and the "Manufaktura Clinic" medical center.
