Viola Village is a cottage town in an ecologically clean green area on the outskirts of the capital near the village of Oseshchyna, Vyshhorod district. On a plot of 0.3662 hectares, there will be 12 two-story cottages, 9 of which are semi-detached. All houses are designed in a unified architectural style: simple geometry of facades, panoramic windows, and light tones of facade decoration.

Viola Village is a closed area fenced with a fence. At the entrance to the town, there is a barrier with an access control system. Each resident will have a personal contactless key card for access to the automatic barrier. Outside the town's territory, there is an open guest parking lot located at the entrance, designed for 8 cars. In addition, most cottages have a canopy for parking the owner's vehicle.

The project also includes the arrangement of a fenced communal playground outside the cottage town.

Viola Village is located within a 10-minute walk from the village of Oseshchyna, Vyshhorod district of the Kyiv region. The cottage town is surrounded by the Dnipro and Desna rivers. A short distance to the rivers is a find for fishing enthusiasts. Relaxing by the water will allow you to unwind and commune with nature. The area itself is rich in canals, which form a unique intertwined "network" around the town.

Within 3 minutes from the town, there is an exit to the R69 highway, which takes about 9 minutes by car to get to Vyshhorod and about 18 minutes to the nearest metro station "Heroiv Dnipra".

Residents of Viola Village will not have to travel far for groceries - a 6-minute walk away is the "Lemon" grocery store. You can also buy products at the "Fora" supermarket in the village of Khotianivka, spending 6 minutes by car on the road, and in 9-10 minutes at stores and supermarkets in Vyshhorod. The road to the capital's shopping center "DREAM" will take about 22 minutes by car.

Within a 10-12 minute drive from the cottages, there are several educational institutions for children, such as kindergartens in Vyshhorod - "Cheburashka", "Golden Key", "Fairytale Land" "Swallow" and "Winnie", as well as child development centers "Mimishki" and "SmartUm". Schoolchildren will be able to attend the Khotianivka secondary school, which is a 7-minute drive away by car, as well as several schools in Vyshhorod: secondary school No. 1, special school "Suzirya", abacus school "Soroban" and children's music school.
