LCD Novyi Podil In Kiiv

"Novyi Podil" is a multifunctional residential area on the banks of the Dnipro River, which combines business-class apartments, its own promenade with a walking boulevard and beach, a Cultural Center and an open-air amphitheater, commercial areas and offices with open terraces on the roofs, offering views of Podil and the Dnipro River. The new construction project includes 7 blocks, with streets accessible to Kyiv residents and guests, while the inner courtyards are for residents only. Along the external perimeter of the blocks, commercial premises will be located - shops, offices, restaurants, and cafes.

To design the 1-kilometer-long promenade, landscape design will be applied using dozens of types of shrubs, trees, meadow grass, and two restored port cranes. Near the water, the developer will set up terraces for outdoor relaxation.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" is being built 10 minutes by car from Independence Square and 5 minutes on foot from the historic district of Old Podil. A leisurely walk to the Havana Bridge, connecting the development area to the Rybalsky Island, will take 10 minutes, to the Trukhaniv Island - 15 minutes by kayak. Also, you can reach Trukhaniv Island via a pedestrian bridge across the Dnipro River, which takes a 35-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.

If public transport is needed, there is a bus stop for bus #53 near the complex, and within a 5-minute walk are bus stops for buses #62 and #115, and within 11 minutes is the nearest metro station "Kontraktova Ploshcha."

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" includes a developed infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, and service centers. All necessary social infrastructure facilities are located near the new construction. The nearest "Silpo" supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and within the same 5 minutes by car are two ATB-Market supermarkets, one of them in the "Shokolad" shopping center, and a Silpo network store.

For children, the complex will have modern playgrounds, children's sections based on its own Cultural Center, a school, and two kindergartens. Also, you can walk your child to the "Znaika" kindergarten-school, "Podillia" kindergarten-school, and Preschool Center No. 676, which are 8-9 minutes away. For older children, within a 10-minute walk from the building are Gymnasium No. 107 "Vvedenska," School No. 124 specializing in information technology, and Gymnasium "Mezhigirska."
