LCD Novyi Podil In Kiiv

“Novyi Podil” is a multifunctional residential area on the banks of the Dnipro River, which combines business-class apartments, its own promenade with a boulevard and beach, a Cultural Center and an open-air amphitheater, commercial spaces and offices with open terraces on the rooftops offering views of Podil and the Dnipro River. The development project includes 7 blocks, the streets of which will be accessible to residents of Kyiv and guests of the capital, while the inner courtyards will be reserved for residents only. Along the outer perimeter of the blocks, commercial premises will be located - shops, offices, restaurants, and cafes.

To design the 1-kilometer-long promenade, landscape design will be used, incorporating dozens of types of shrubs, trees, meadow grasses, and two restored port cranes. Near the water, the developer will create terraces for outdoor relaxation.

Infrastructure

The residential complex “Novyi Podil” is located 10 minutes by car from Independence Square and 5 minutes on foot from the historic district of Old Podil. A 10-minute walk to the Havana Bridge, which connects the development area to Rybalsky Island, a 15-minute kayak ride to Trukhaniv Island. One can also reach Trukhaniv Island by a pedestrian bridge across the Dnipro River, which is a 35-minute walk or a 10-minute drive.

If public transport is needed, there is a bus stop for bus number 53 near the complex, and within a 5-minute walk are bus stops for buses number 62 and 115, with the nearest metro station “Kontraktova Ploshcha” 11 minutes away.

The residential complex “Novyi Podil” is equipped with its own developed infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, and service centers. All necessary social infrastructure facilities are located near the new development. The nearest “Silpo” supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, with two “ATB-Market” supermarkets located within the same 5-minute distance by car, one of them in the “Shokolad” shopping center, and the other in the “Silpo” chain store.

For children, the complex will have modern playgrounds, children's sections based on its own Cultural Center, a school, and two kindergartens. Children can also walk to the “Znaika” kindergarten-school, “Podillia” kindergarten-school, and Preschool Center No. 676, which are 8-9 minutes away. For older children, Gymnasium No. 107 “Vvedenska”, School No. 124 specializing in information technology, and Gymnasium “Mezhigirska” are a 10-minute walk from the building. Within a 5-minute drive, there are kindergartens No. 120 and No. 162, Mathematical School No. 17, and School No. 10.

For sports and active recreation, the residential complex is equipped with sports grounds, jogging and biking trails, tennis courts, a basketball court, a football field, a skate park, and a climbing wall. Additionally, the “Novyi Podil” project includes its own beach, a marina for yachts and pleasure boats, a boat station, and a kayak rental point.
