LCD Novyi Podil In Kiiv

"Novyi Podil" is a multifunctional residential area on the banks of the Dnipro River, which combines business-class apartments, its own embankment with a promenade and beach, a Cultural Center and an open-air amphitheater, commercial areas and offices with open terraces on the rooftops, offering views of Podil and the Dnipro River. The new construction project includes 7 blocks, with streets accessible to Kyiv residents and guests, while the inner courtyards are only for residents. Commercial premises such as shops, offices, restaurants, and cafes will be located along the outer perimeter of the blocks.

To design the 1-kilometer-long embankment, landscape design using dozens of types of bushes, trees, meadow grasses, and two restored port cranes will be applied. The developer will create outdoor terraces near the water for outdoor relaxation.

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" is located 10 minutes by car from Independence Square and 5 minutes walk from the historic district of old Podil. A 10-minute walk to the Havana Bridge, connecting the development area with Rybalsky Island, a 15-minute kayak ride to Trukhaniv Island. There is also a pedestrian bridge to Trukhaniv Island, a 35-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away.

For public transport, there is a bus stop for bus number 53 near the complex, and within a 5-minute walk are bus stops for buses number 62 and 115, and the nearest metro station "Kontraktova Ploshcha" is an 11-minute walk away.

The residential complex "Novyi Podil" has its own developed infrastructure: shops, cafes, restaurants, and service centers. All necessary social infrastructure facilities are located near the new construction. The nearest Silpo supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and within the same 5-minute drive are two ATB Markets, one of which is in the Chocolate Shopping Center, and a Silpo network store.

For children, there will be modern playgrounds, children's sections based on the Cultural Center, a school, and two kindergartens within the complex. Children can also walk to the Znaika preschool, Podillia preschool, and Preschool Center No. 676 in 8-9 minutes.
