Description

"OLEGIV Boutique Residence" is positioned as the first boutique club-type house in Ukraine, located on the upper Podil at the highest point of Shchekavitsa Hill. The project is being implemented by the "DIM" group of companies. The architectural solution of the complex impresses with its thoughtfulness and sophistication. The building has sections of 5-8 floors, cascading levels, a single stylobate, and a multi-level facade, providing unobstructed and captivating views from the apartments. Available are 1-bedroom apartments ranging from 36 to 60 sq.m, 2-bedroom apartments ranging from 61 to 90 sq.m, and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 97 to 139 sq.m, all with thoughtful ergonomic layouts.

The central lobby of the complex, designed by the "ANTHRACITE" design bureau, is done in the style of Ukrainian neoclassicism with the integration of national symbolism, creating a unique and representative space. The main elevator, designed as a glass cube, provides direct access to the stylobate of the building. Riding it to the apartments or to the operated roof with barbecue areas, a bar, and loungers allows you to enjoy panoramic views of the old Podil. All common areas will be distinguished by originality and adorned with art objects created in collaboration with famous artists, including the brand "Koto," emphasizing the uniqueness and high status of the complex.

The inner courtyard of "OLEGIV Boutique Residence" is designed as a completely enclosed space with comprehensive protection, free from cars, ensuring safety and peace for adults and children. Residents and their guests will be able to spend time in cozy relaxation areas, children's playgrounds, and sports areas without hindrance. For the convenience of car owners, there is a modern underground parking with charging stations for electric cars, which will also serve as a modern and reliable shelter.
