LCD Chalet Residential Complex In Kiiv

The residential complex Chalet is an alpine chalet with interiors by the famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andriy Tan amidst oaks and pines of the recreation zone "Svyatoshyn". The architecture of the new building is designed to harmoniously blend in both natural surroundings and the infrastructure of the metropolis: sections of different heights, tall windows for better insulation, facade decoration, and decorative elements made of natural materials - wood, stone, glass, and metal.

As part of the Chalet project, the "Lviv Artists" square is being restored right next to the building: the ecosystem of the green area will be restored by planting new trees and shrubs, as well as setting up play areas, sports grounds, and recreational areas practically without interfering with the natural landscape. To ensure that cars do not obstruct pedestrians, the developer has provided an underground parking for 95 cars, and bicycle owners will be able to leave their transport at special parking lots. To ensure the comfort and safety of future residents, the complex will install video surveillance cameras and implement a comprehensive building security system.

Infrastructure

The residential complex Chalet is located at vul. Lvivska, 18-b, between the metro stations "Svyatoshyn" and "Zhytomyrska". You can reach the city center by car in 25 minutes along Victory Avenue. Nearby, there is a public transport stop where more than 30 different buses, trolleybuses, and minibuses pass by.

In addition to its own square, there are four more green areas for walks within a radius of 500 meters. A 10-minute drive away by car is the cascade of Svyatoshyn lakes, where you can fish, swim in the warm season, or have a picnic with friends.

Next to the building, there is a specialized School No. 40 with an emphasis on learning German, and a 17-minute walk will take you to Gymnasium "Akademiya" and Kyiv Gymnasium of Eastern Languages No. 1.
