LCD Chalet Residential Complex In Kiiv

Residential complex Chalet is an alpine chalet with interiors by famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andriy Tan among oaks and pines in the recreational area "Svyatoshyn". The architecture of the new building is designed to harmoniously blend in with the natural environment as well as the infrastructure of the metropolis: sections of different heights, high windows for better insolation, facade decoration and decorative elements made of natural materials - wood, stone, glass and metal.

As part of the Chalet project, the "Lviv Artists" square is being restored right next to the building: the green area ecosystem will be restored by planting new trees and shrubs, as well as installing playgrounds, sports grounds and places for recreation practically without interfering with the natural landscape. In order to prevent cars from obstructing pedestrians, the developer has provided an underground parking lot for 95 parking spaces, and bicycle owners will be able to leave their transport at special parking lots. To ensure the comfort and safety of future residents, the complex will install video surveillance cameras and implement a comprehensive building security system.
