LCD Chalet LCD In Kiiv

The Chalet residential complex is an alpine chalet with interiors by the famous Ukrainian fashion designer Andrey Tan, located among oaks and pines in the recreational area of "Svyatoshyn." The architecture of the new building is designed to harmoniously blend in both with the natural environment and the infrastructure of the metropolis: sections of different heights, high windows for better insulation, facade decoration and decorative elements made of natural materials such as wood, stone, glass, and metal.

As part of the Chalet project, the "Lviv Artists" square is being restored right next to the building: the green area ecosystem will be restored through the planting of new trees and bushes, and playgrounds, sports grounds, and places for recreation will be arranged practically without interfering with the natural landscape. To ensure that cars do not obstruct pedestrians, the developer has provided an underground parking lot for 95 cars, and bike owners will be able to leave their transport at special parking lots. To ensure the comfort and safety of future residents, the complex will install security cameras and implement a comprehensive home security system.

Infrastructure

The Chalet residential complex is located at 18-b Lvivska Street, between the "Svyatoshyn" and "Zhytomyrska" metro stations. You can reach the city center by car in 25 minutes along Peremohy Avenue. Nearby, there is a public transport stop where more than 30 different buses, trolleybuses, and minibusses pass.

In addition to its own square, there are four more green areas for walks within a radius of 500 meters. The Svyatoshyn Lakes cascade is a 10-minute drive away, where you can fish, swim in the warm season, or have a picnic with friends.

Next to the building, there is a specialized School No. 40 with an emphasis on German language learning, and within a 17-minute walk, you can reach the "Academy" Gymnasium and Kyiv Gymnasium of Eastern Languages No. 1. For the youngest residents of the complex, there are open kindergartens nearby: Dream No. 736, Sun No. 601, No. 60, No. 214, and No. 472.

Just 750 meters from the building, there is Adult Hospital No. 5, and Children's Hospital No. 5 is 1.3 km away. Private clinics, laboratories, and dental offices are also located in the area.

In 20 minutes by car, you will reach the Lavina shopping mall with a cinema, food court, children's entertainment area, supermarket, and various shops. You can have coffee or a snack at one of the nearby cafes or restaurants: Glory Coffee, "StrudelOk," "D-Kava," "Valentino," and others.
