Gravity Park is a modern energy-independent residential complex being built by the company "Creator-Build" on Berestyanska Avenue, 139 in Kyiv, amidst the greenery of the Sviatoshyn district of the capital. The residential complex project is developed by the architectural company "Archimatika" and involves a harmonious combination of residential environment and abundant nature around. To achieve this, maximum ecological materials and technologies are used. Comfort-class buildings are being constructed using progressive monolithic-frame technology. Facade insulation with mineral wool and windows with micro-ventilation mode - with double-glazed windows in five-chamber profiles are aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of housing. In addition, residents of "Gravity Park" will not overpay for consumed heat resources thanks to individual meters.
Uninterrupted access to electricity under any conditions is an important feature of the residential complex's autonomy. It is achieved through three components: a large number of solar panels, gas-piston generators, and power supply from the city. Also, "Gravity Park" has autonomous heating with rooftop boilers, which will allow for careful use of energy resources. From their windows and terraces, residents will enjoy mature trees surrounding children's playgrounds, quiet relaxation areas, and a network of walkways in the forest park area.
For the comfort and safety of residents, the territory of "Gravity Park" is closed off from outsiders and car traffic. Cars can be parked in the underground closed parking with a lift or in the guest parking area on the territory.
