Description

"Italian Quarter 2" is a low-rise residential complex consisting of 25 four-story comfort-class buildings in Obolon, near the Dnipro river, several parks, and lakes. The microdistrict's feature will be its own embankment, which stretches along the Verblyud Lake. It will become a favorite place for residents to take walks, bike rides, and morning or evening runs, and in the summer they will be able to relax on their own beach.

Separate semi-enclosed courtyards will delight apartment owners with green recreation areas and modern children's and sports playgrounds. The new building project includes its own infrastructure: cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, bank branches, medical centers, sports complexes, and minimarkets will be located on the ground floors of several buildings.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Italian Quarter 2" is being built in an area with convenient transportation infrastructure, allowing for quick access to the city by private or public transport. Nearby, there is a major transport interchange at the intersection of Bohatyrska, Heroiv Dnipra, and Polyarna streets, and a few minutes further is the interchange at the intersection of Heroiv Dnipra and Zoia Haіdai streets. By car, the nearest metro stations "Obolon", "Pochaina", "Heroiv Dnipra", and "Maidan Nezalezhnosti" are 20 minutes away, the central bus and railway stations are 25 minutes away, and the "Kyiv" International Airport (Zhuliany) is 35 minutes away.

If public transport is needed, it is a 6-minute walk to the bus stop for trolleybus No. 32, minibuses No. 441, No. 472, No. 525, No. 537, and 12 bus routes on Bohatyrska street, and a little further are tram stops No. 16, trolleybus No. 44, buses No. 99, No. 395, No. 421, and minibuses No. 402, No. 472, No. 525 on Zoia Haіdai street.

Residents of the "Italian Quarter 2" will be able to buy groceries at minimarkets on the complex grounds and at the "ATB-Market" supermarket nearby. A few more stores of large retail chains are located a short distance away: two "ECO-Market" stores - 9 and 14 minutes on foot, three "Silpo", "ATB-Market", and "Velmart" stores - 5-6 minutes by car. For home products and farm eco-products, you can always visit the "Obolon" market, which is a 4-minute drive away. The same amount of time will be spent on a trip to the Smart Plaza Obolon Shopping Center, Dream Town Shopping Center, and Dream Town 2 Shopping and Entertainment Center.

Parents will not have to spend a lot of time accompanying their children to kindergartens and schools. The complex will have its own kindergarten. Several more kindergartens are within a 10-minute walk: No. 590, No. 602, No. 588, and No. 607. Students attending schools No. 168, No. 231, No. 256, No. 194, No. 143, and No. 252, located 9 to 13 minutes away, will be able to walk to classes.
