For the residential complex LAKE HOUSE , designers used light tones of white and beige colors, which, along with the brick decoration, give the house a feeling of coziness. The height of the new building's architecture is emphasized by contrasting vertical inserts.

Infrastructure

In the Obolon district, the trade infrastructure is well developed - it takes a few minutes by car to get to the shopping centers "Karavan", METRO, and "Epicenter". It takes 6 minutes to get to the shopping center "Dream Town", where there is a water park, attractions, and a cinema.
