For the residential complex LAKE HOUSE, designers used light tones of white and beige colors, which along with brick decoration give the house a cozy feel. The height of the new building's architecture is emphasized by contrasting vertical inserts.

Infrastructure

In the Obolon district, the trade infrastructure is well developed - the shopping centers "Karavan", METRO, and "Epicenter" are a few minutes away by car. The road to the shopping center "Dream Town", where there is a water park, attractions, and a cinema, will take 6 minutes.

You won't have to go far to buy groceries - there are grocery stores nearby, "Silpo" across the road, and "Varus", "Velika Kishenia", and "Eco market" are a 15-minute walk away.

Little children with parents can walk to kindergartens and early development centers: to No. 585 - in 8 minutes, to "Dzherelo" - in 9 minutes, and to kindergartens No. 589 and No. 208 - in 10 minutes.
