Description

Obolon Plaza is a closed multifunctional residential complex, the space of which is divided into two parts: residential and commercial.

The residential part of the complex starts from the fifth floor - on 10 residential floors there are 71 studio apartments designed, and on the top floors there are two-level penthouses with panoramic windows and private lounge terraces on the roof.

Also from the fifth floor, you can go out to the open terrace of the complex, where along with landscape design, there is a children's playground and recreation areas, as well as on the fifth floor there will be a gym with modern equipment and a children's room. The internal infrastructure of the complex is intended only for residents.

The commercial part of Obolon Plaza is the first 4 floors of the complex. Shops, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, offices, and other useful services for residents will open on commercial sites.

Infrastructure

The special feature of the location of Obolon Plaza is a minute's walk to the Obolon metro station. Near the complex, there are shops, supermarkets, service centers, and bank branches.

Across the road from the complex is the Metropolis shopping center with dozens of shops and the ECO Market supermarket, and a 10-minute walk away is Dream Town. Also nearby is Velika Kishenya, and a 10-minute walk will take you to Silpo.

Getting to the complex is convenient not only by metro or car but also by other public transport, as there is a transport interchange of Obolonsky Avenue and Heroes of Azov Regiment (Marshal Malinovsky) Street nearby.

It is not a problem to find a kindergarten because within a radius of a 20-minute walk, there are about 10 kindergartens and preschool education institutions. In a couple of minutes, schoolchildren will reach School No. 219, in 12 minutes to schools No. 225 and No. 210, in 15 minutes to schools No. 233, No. 211, and No. 214.

Fitness clubs across the road include SportLand and the women's CrossFit BANDA, a little further away are GYM4U and Aventurine fitness club. You can go for a run on the waterfront, which is a 20-minute walk from the complex, or ride a bike along the Dnipro River and lakes. There is also a professional golf club on the waterfront.

Permit for construction works dated 21.02.2020 No. IU 113200520938, issued by the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine. General contractor - LLC “BP-4 KMB-1”, EDRPOU code 32107779, registration record of License No. 2013051837, obtained in electronic form based on the Decision of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine No.34-L of 13.06.2018, for carrying out economic activities in the construction of objects, which according to the class of consequences (responsibility) belong to objects with average and significant consequences.
