LCD Residential complex Poetica. Second collection In Kiiv

"Poetica. Second collection" is a continuation of the Poetica project from the developer ENSO. The complex consists of four buildings with original architecture, characterized by irregular shapes, multi-level facades, and cascading floors. A significant part of the buildings is glazed, creating good insulation and a sense of space in the apartments.

"Poetica. Second collection" has a stylobate that raises the buildings above the ground. This design decision creates a closed and safe courtyard without cars. An underground parking with a lift is provided for car storage. The courtyards will feature children's play areas, workout sites for sports activities, and green areas for relaxation.

Infrastructure

The new "Poetica. Second collection" residential complex is being constructed in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the "Shuliavska" and "Polytechnic Institute" metro stations. The road to Independence Square will take 20 minutes by car through Degtyarivska and Sichovykh Striltsiv streets.

The complex's special feature is its location in one of the greenest microdistricts of the city. Nearby are parks named after Pushkin, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, and the zoo.

There are numerous medical facilities within walking distance: the Institute of Otorhinolaryngology, Children's Allergy Center, the city infectious disease hospital for children, Hospital No. 14 for adults, the private clinic "Obereg," and others.

Thanks to the proximity to leading universities - NTUU "KPI," O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, and KNEU - students will conveniently commute for study. If you have schoolchildren in your family, the nearest schools No. 71, No. 74, No. 102, and private institutions "Leleka" and "Optima" are located within a 5-7 minute drive. For the little ones, there is Kindergarten No. 112 near the residential complex, and a bit further - No. 82, No. 645, and No. 169.

In addition to workout sites and a fitness center on the complex's territory, there are gyms FitJump, Sportup, the boxing club Spartabox, and the karate club "Galaktika" in the vicinity.
