LCD Residential complex Poetica. Second collection In Kiiv

"Poetica. Second collection" Residential Complex is a continuation of the Poetica project by developer ENSO. The complex consists of four buildings with original architecture, characterized by irregular shapes, multi-level facades, and cascading floors. A significant part of the buildings is glazed, creating good insulation and a sense of space in the apartments.

"Poetica. Second collection" has a podium that elevates the buildings above the ground. This design solution creates a closed and safe courtyard without cars. Underground parking with a lift is provided for car storage. The courtyards will have children's play areas, workout grounds for sports activities, and green spaces for relaxation.

Infrastructure

The new "Poetica. Second collection" Residential Complex is being built in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the "Shuliavska" and "Politekhnichnyi Instytut" metro stations. The road to Independence Square will take 20 minutes by car through Degtyarivska Street and Sichovykh Striltsiv Street.

The complex's highlight is its location in one of the greenest microdistricts of the city. Nearby are the Pushkin Park, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Park, and the zoo.

There are numerous medical facilities within walking distance: the Otolaryngology Institute, Children's Allergy Center, City Infectious Diseases Children's Hospital, Adult Hospital No. 14, Private Clinic "Obereg," and others.

Due to the proximity to leading universities - NTUU "KPI," O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University, and KNEU - students will have convenient access to their studies. If you have schoolchildren in your family, the nearest schools No. 71, No. 74, No. 102, and private schools "Lelka" and "Optima" are a 5-7 minute drive away. For the youngest, there is Kindergarten No. 112 near the Residential Complex, and a little further away - No. 82, No. 645, and No. 169.
