LCD Residential complex Poetica. Second collection In Kiiv

"Poetica. Second Collection" residential complex is a continuation of the Poetica project by developer ENSO. The complex consists of four buildings with original architecture characterized by irregular shapes, multi-level facades, and cascading floors. A significant part of the buildings is glazed, providing good insulation and a sense of space in the apartments.

"Poetica. Second Collection" features a stylobate that elevates the buildings above the ground. This design solution creates a closed and safe courtyard without cars. Underground parking with a lift is provided for car storage. The courtyards will have children's play areas, workout areas for sports activities, and green spaces for relaxation.

Infrastructure

The new "Poetica. Second Collection" residential complex is being built in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The "Shuliavska" and "Polytechnic Institute" metro stations are within a 10-15 minute walk. The road to Independence Square will take 20 minutes by car through Degtiarivska and Sichovikh Striltsiv streets.

The complex's uniqueness lies in its location in one of the greenest microdistricts of the city. Nearby are the Pushkin Park, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Park, and the zoo.
