Description

Poetica is a residential complex with recognizable architecture and the concept of autonomous infrastructure in the city center. The buildings of the complex are situated in such a way that as many apartments as possible have views of the park and the city. Panoramic windows running the full height of the floor help improve visibility and allow better natural light to enter the rooms.

The distinctive feature of the Poetica residential complex is a shared stylobate that creates a closed building space and provides residents with necessary infrastructure. The concept of a car-free courtyard will also be implemented: the roof of the stylobate part is intended for walking and relaxation, not for parking cars in the yard. The on-site area will feature children's play areas, sports grounds, and recreation areas.

The complex offers apartments in two collections. The first collection includes view apartments with panoramas of the forest park area. There are over 30 types of layouts, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom and duplex apartments.

The second collection offers over 40 layout options, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and duplex units. The layouts feature rooms of regular and irregular shape, with studio kitchens, sloping walls or straight walls, and organic space zoning.

Infrastructure

Residents of Poetica will have access to not only the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district but also the commercial infrastructure of the stylobate's commercial spaces: supermarket, gym, children's center, beauty salons, cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, medical offices, and useful services. It takes 7 minutes by car to reach the Silpo supermarket, and 10 minutes to get to the Lukianivskyi market with fresh fruits, vegetables, and farm products.

The complex is located near three park areas: the Pushkin Park, the Polytechnic University Park, and the zoo. Being close to the park is always a pleasant bonus for recreational activities: walks in the park, outdoor runs, bike rides, scootering, or skating.

The complex has convenient transport connections due to its proximity to major thoroughfares: Peremohy Avenue, Dehtiarivska Street, and Olena Teliga Street. Public transport stops are a few minutes' walk away: Dehtiarivska Street is served by bus No. 9, minivans No. 417, No. 566, No. 569, trams No. 14 and No. 15.

Preshool institutions within walking distance include Kindergarten No. 112, and other nearby kindergartens in the Shevchenkivskyi district are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can also reach schools in 5-10 minutes: 7 minutes to School No. 82 with advanced English, 8 minutes to School No. 97, and 10 minutes to School No. 24.
