Parks, green streets, forest paths, lakes, and the famous forest tram — this is the recreational area of Pusha Voditsa and the location of the residential complex PUSHA HOUSE. PUSHA HOUSE is a medium-rise building with three sections, underground parking, and a parking lot. The complex's adjacent territory is a mini-park for residents with a children's playground and a sports area.
PUSHA HOUSE can be conditionally divided into two zones: residential and infrastructure on the lower floors. The complex is notable for its open lounges on the top floor under the open sky. Inside, there will be a children's room and a hall with seating areas.
In the PUSHA HOUSE residential complex, panoramic windows will be installed throughout the height of the floor — this allows more sunlight into the rooms, making the spaces visually more voluminous. The technology of ventilated facades is chosen for wall cladding — it helps to retain heat in the apartments in winter and protects the walls from overheating in summer.
Infrastructure
The lower floors of the complex are designed for internal infrastructure: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, or other services will be opened there. To flexibly organize workspace, a coworking space is planned in the complex.
In the recreational area, there are sanatoriums, relaxation complexes, restaurants, and places to relax. Near PUSHA HOUSE, there are lakes with beaches and swimming areas.
