LCD SENAT In Kiiv

Senat is a new residential complex of business class in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, near the parks "Teremky" and "Holosiivskyi". The project includes three buildings of different number of floors, the lower floors of which are designated for commercial spaces, allowing residents to access necessary services without leaving home, some apartments have their own terraces. Residents are greeted in the entrances by designer lobbies and concierge services.

The courtyard area will feature a children's playground, a sports area with exercise equipment, open terraces, barbecue areas with pergolas, and a yoga space for physical practices and meditations. For residents with cars, there will be a parking lot for 329 vehicles in the complex.

Infrastructure

The residential complex Senat is being built near the Kyiv Ring Road and a few minutes walk from a major transport interchange at the intersection with Glushkova Avenue (Odessa Highway). A 3-minute walk from the new building is the bus stop No. 777 and the Teremky bus station. A walk to the nearest Teremky metro station, trolleybus stops No. 11, buses No. 172, 365, 371, 427, 729, 736, 791, 814, 821, and minibuses No. 212, 416, 444, 507 at Odessa Square will take 7-9 minutes.

The social infrastructure in the area of the new building is well developed. A number of services will also be located in the commercial areas of the complex. Among them is a 1100 sq.m grocery supermarket. Within a 3-minute walk, you can go shopping at the "Kolo" supermarket, and within a 10-minute walk at the "Ashan" hypermarket in the Magellan shopping center. Within a 15-20 minute radius on foot from the building, there are supermarkets such as "ATB-Market", "Velyka Kyshenia", "Kolo", METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket, and the Odessa market. A few minutes further is the "Stolichny" market, the largest wholesale market in Ukraine, offering a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, meats, and dairy products. Also, in the area of the Senat residential complex, there is a construction supermarket "Epicenter", and for shopping and entertainment, you can always go to the Magellan shopping center, which has a gallery of stores of various orientations, a multi-hall cinema, a food court with 13 cafes and restaurants, FitCurves women's fitness club, bowling, and other services.

Within walking distance from the complex are educational institutions such as the International Innovative School, Respublika Kids, Municipal School No. 132, kindergartens No. 726, 513 "Teremok" and NVK "Romashka". Each of them is a maximum of 10 minutes away. By car, you can take a child to kindergarten No. 285, NVK "Barvinok", schools No. 269 and 286 in 5-6 minutes.

For sports activities, you can choose one of the sports facilities within a 10-minute radius by car from the building: iGym sports club, Sport Life Teremky fitness club, public pool "Pirs 39" and tennis courts at the "Ice Stadium". You can go for a run or play football at the stadium, which is a 5-minute walk away.
