LCD SENAT Residential Complex In Kiiv

Senat is a new business-class residential complex in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, not far from the parks "Teremki" and "Holosiivskyi". The project includes three buildings of different storeys, the lower floors of which are designated for commercial spaces, allowing residents to access necessary services without leaving home, some apartments have their own terraces. In the entrances, residents are greeted with designer lobbies and concierge services.

In the courtyard area, there will be a children's playground, a sports area with exercise equipment, open terraces, barbecue areas with gazebos, and a yoga space for physical practices and meditation. For residents with cars, there will be a parking lot for 329 cars in the complex.

The Senat residential complex is being built near the Kyiv Ring Road and a few minutes' walk from a major transport interchange at the intersection with Hlushkova Avenue (Odeska Road). Within a 3-minute walk from the new building, there is a bus stop for bus number 777 and the "Teremki" bus station. A leisurely walk to the nearest Teremky metro station, bus stops for bus numbers 172, 365, 371, 427, 729, 736, 791, 814, 821, and minibuses numbers 212, 416, 444, 507 at Odeska Square will take 7-9 minutes.

The social infrastructure in the area of the new building is well developed. A range of services will also be available in the commercial areas of the complex. Among them is a grocery store covering an area of 1100 square meters. Within a 3-minute walk, you can go to the "Kolo" supermarket, and within a 10-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket at the Magelan shopping mall. Within a 15-20 minute radius on foot from the building, there are supermarkets such as "ATB-Market", "Velyka Kyshenia", "Kolo", the METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket, and the Odesa Market. A few minutes further is the "Stolichny" market, the largest wholesale market in Ukraine, offering a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products. Also in the area of the Senat residential complex is the construction supermarket "Epicentr", and for shopping and entertainment, you can always go to the Magelan shopping mall, which features a gallery of stores of various orientations, a multi-hall cinema, a food court with 13 cafes and restaurants, the women's fitness club FitCurves, bowling, and other services.

Within walking distance from the complex are such educational institutions as the International Innovative School, Respublika Kids, municipal school No. 132, kindergartens No. 726, No. 513 "Teremok" and NVK "Romashka". Each of them is a maximum of 10 minutes away. By car, you can reach kindergartens No. 285, NVK "Barvinok", schools No. 269 and No. 286 in 5-6 minutes.

For sports activities, you can choose one of the sports facilities within a 10-minute radius by car from the building: the iGym sports club, the Sport Life Teremky fitness club, the public pool "Pirs 39", and the tennis courts of the "Ice Stadium". You can go for a run or play football at the stadium, which is a 5-minute walk away.
