LCD SENAT residential complex In Kiiv

Senat is a new residential complex of business class in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital, not far from the parks "Urochyshche Teremky" and "Holosiivskyi". The project includes three buildings of different heights, the lower floors of which are designated for commercial spaces, allowing residents to access necessary services without leaving home, and some apartments come with their own terraces. The entrances to the buildings feature designer lobbies and concierge services.

The courtyard area will include a children's playground, a sports area with exercise equipment, open terraces, barbecue areas with pergolas, and a yoga space for physical practices and meditation. The complex will have a parking lot for 329 cars for residents with vehicles.

Infrastructure

The residential complex Senat is being built near the Kyiv Ring Road and a few minutes' walk from a major transport interchange at the intersection with Glushkova Avenue (Odessa highway). A 3-minute walk from the new building will take you to bus stop #777 and the Teremky bus station. A leisurely walk to the nearest Teremky metro station, as well as stops for trolleybus #11, buses #172, #365, #371, #427, #729, #736, #791, #814, #821, and minibuses #212, #416, #444, #507 at Odessa Square, will take 7-9 minutes.

The area around the new building has a well-developed social infrastructure. A range of services will be located in the commercial spaces of the complex itself. Among them is a 1100 sq.m. grocery store. Within a 3-minute walk, you can go to the "Kolo" supermarket, and within a 10-minute walk to the "Ashan" hypermarket in the Magelan shopping center. Within a 15-20 minute radius on foot from the building, there are supermarkets such as "ATB-Market", "Velyka Kyshenia", "Kolo", the METRO Cash & Carry hypermarket, and the Odessa market. A few minutes further is the "Stolichny" market, the largest wholesale market in Ukraine, with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, meats, and dairy products. Also in the area of the residential complex Senat is the construction supermarket "Epicentr", and for shopping and entertainment, you can always go to the Megelan shopping center, where there is a gallery of stores of various orientations, a multi-hall cinema, a food court with 13 cafes and restaurants, the FitCurves women's fitness club, bowling, and other services.

Within walking distance from the complex are educational institutions such as the International Innovative School, Respublika Kids, Municipal School #132, kindergartens #726, #513 "Teremok", and NVK "Romashka". Each is a maximum of 10 minutes away. By car, you can reach kindergartens #285, NVK "Barvinok", schools #269 and #286 in 5-6 minutes.

For sports activities, you can choose one of the sports facilities within a 10-minute radius by car from the building: the iGym sports club, the Sport Life Teremky fitness club, the public pool "Pirs 39", and the tennis courts of the "Ice Stadium". You can go for a run or play football at the stadium, which is a 5-minute walk away.
