Smart Concept is a residential complex from the developer "Concept Development" in the historical center of Kyiv on the border of Shevchenkivskyi and Podilskyi districts. It consists of a single eight-story business-class building with 116 apartments on six floors, commercial premises, and storage rooms. The residential premises have various modern layouts. 1-2-3-4-room apartments with ceiling heights of 2.85 m are offered for implementation, with the possibility of combining apartments with different functionality and area. The residential complex "Smart Concept" is located in the microdistrict "Tatarka" on the Shchekavitsa hill at 22 Lukyanivska Street. Formally, this is the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital, but this location is more associated with Podil. Podil district in Kyiv is a true gem of the capital's urban landscape. Here you can find numerous landmarks, with a large number of interesting buildings and theaters. For example, you can see the famous St. Anna's Church, built in the 18th century in the Baroque style. This area has preserved unique historical and cultural monuments that attract tourists from all over the world, such as Andriyivsky Descent, Kontraktova Square, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and the church of the Assumption. Personal transport can reach the building from Podil - from Nyzhniy Val or from the center of Kyiv, Solomianskyi district, or Okruzhna Street via Sichovykh Striltsiv Street or Hlybochytska Street.
Residents of the residential complex "Smart Concept" have excellent pedestrian access to the historical and business parts of the capital, numerous museums, cultural landmarks, and religious sites. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Nyzhniy and Verkhniy Val streets. In 10 minutes, you can walk to the "Kontraktova Ploshcha" metro station, and in 25 minutes - to the "Lukyanivska" station.
