LCD UNIT. Home In Kiiv

UNIT.City is the first innovative park in Ukraine. The project idea is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for the business, high technology, and creative industries. The territory of the innovation park will consist of residential quarters, office buildings, a children's area, and a guest hotel.

The concept of the UNIT.Home project is aimed at providing comfortable living conditions for professionals in intellectual fields, developing the IT industry in Ukraine, combining technological achievements and innovative technologies in creating living spaces, and opening a new tourist-attractive area in the capital.

Infrastructure

UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a social and cultural space. The project will implement the concept of a "city within a city," integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. Its own infrastructure will include commercial areas, restaurants, a medical center, a school, a fitness center, bike rental, and a parking lot with electric car charging stations.

Registration at the UNIT.Home medical center will always be available online, where an electronic medical card system will be introduced, reminders of preventive check-ups, and the ability to connect fitness trackers to the complex's medical platform.

The innovative school will be connected to the information systems of the UNIT.Home project. Through online communication, parents will be informed about the child's successes, all important school events, and the child's movements within the UNIT.City area.

Visitors to the Fitness Club will be able to book training sessions online, track the schedules of trainers, groups, and gym capacity. Achievements of training sessions can be recorded in an electronic diary, which will generate a menu and help order sports nutrition at UNIT.Cafe.

On the complex's territory, there are campuses with coworking spaces and conference rooms for performances or international conferences. The adjacent area will be transformed into a park area with seating areas, bike paths, and children's playgrounds.

• BMS - Building Management System for automatic control and monitoring of building engineering systems
• Smart Home - an automatic system for calculating with heat, water, and electricity meters, through which you can pay for services and monitor resource consumption
• Smart Lighting - energy-saving lighting of the area that adjusts during the day, weather, and road conditions. Information boards, navigation signs, Wi-Fi, surveillance cameras, and a quick response button are also installed in the lanterns
• A private security service protects the premises, perimeter, and housing. The security patrols the area, applies preventive measures for possible threats and incidents, responds to residents' calls. To prevent incidents, video surveillance with algorithms for recognizing individuals and atypical behavior will be installed. Additional security functions include a patrol drone, an alarm signal for quick assistance, and internet with protection against cyber attacks
