UNIT.City is the first innovative park in Ukraine. The idea of the project is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for the business, high technology, and creative industries. The territory of the innovation park will consist of residential quarters, office buildings, children's space, and a guest hotel.

The concept of the UNIT.Home project is aimed at providing comfortable living conditions for professionals in intellectual spheres, developing the IT industry in Ukraine, a symbiosis of technological achievements and innovative technologies in creating living spaces, and opening a new tourist-attractive area of the capital.

Infrastructure

UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a social and cultural space. The project will implement the concept of a "city within a city," integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The own infrastructure will include commercial areas, restaurants, a medical center, a school, a fitness center, a bike rental, and a parking lot with charging stations for electric cars.

You can always sign up for the UNIT.Home medical center online, where an electronic card system will be introduced, reminders of preventive check-ups, and the ability to connect fitness trackers to the complex's medical platform.

The innovative school will be connected to the information systems of the UNIT.Home project. Through online communication, parents will be informed about the child's successes, all important school events, and the child's movements on the UNIT.City territory.

Visitors to the Fitness Club will be able to book a workout online, track the schedule of trainers, groups, and gym occupancy. Achievements of workouts can be recorded in an electronic diary, which automatically generates a menu and helps order sports nutrition at UNIT.Cafe.

Campuses with coworking spaces and conference rooms for performances or international conferences will be located on the complex's territory. The surrounding area will be transformed into a park area with places for relaxation, bike paths, and children's playgrounds.

• A security service protects the premises, perimeter, and housing. Security patrols the area, applies preventive measures for possible threats and incidents, responds to residents' calls. To prevent incidents, video surveillance will be installed with algorithms for recognizing individuals and atypical behavior. Additional security functions include a patrol drone, an alarm signal for quickly calling for help, and internet with protection against cyber attacks
