UNIT.City is the first innovative park in Ukraine. The project idea is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for the business, high technology, and creative industries. The territory of the innovation park will consist of residential quarters, office buildings, a children's space, and a guest hotel.

The concept of the UNIT.Home project is aimed at providing comfortable living conditions for professionals in intellectual spheres, promoting the IT industry in Ukraine, combining technological achievements and innovative technologies in creating living spaces, and opening a new tourist attractive area in the capital.

Infrastructure

UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a socio-cultural space. The project will implement the concept of a "city within a city," integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. The own infrastructure will include commercial areas, restaurants, a medical center, a school, a fitness center, a bike rental, and a parking lot with charging stations for electric cars.

You can always sign up for the UNIT.Home medical center online, where an electronic medical card system, reminders of preventive check-ups, and the ability to connect fitness trackers to the complex's medical platform will be introduced.

The innovative school will be connected to the information systems of the UNIT.Home project. Through online communication, parents will be informed about the child's successes, all important school events, and the child's movements within the UNIT.City territory.

Visitors of the fitness club will be able to book a workout online, track the schedule of trainers, groups, and gym occupancy. Achievements of workouts can be recorded in an electronic diary, which will generate a menu and help order sports nutrition at UNIT.Cafe.

On the complex territory, there are campuses with coworking spaces and conference halls for performances or international conferences. The surrounding area will be transformed into a park area with places for relaxation, bike paths, and children's playgrounds.

• BMS - Building Management System, an automatic system for managing and monitoring building engineering systems
• Smart Home - an automatic system for calculating with meters for heat, water, and electricity, through which you can pay for services and monitor resource consumption
• Smart Lighting - energy-saving lighting of the territory that adjusts during the day, weather conditions, and road circumstances. Informational displays, navigation signs, Wi-Fi, surveillance cameras, and an emergency button are also installed in the lanterns
• A dedicated security service protects the premises, perimeter, and housing. The security patrols the area, applies preventive measures for possible threats and incidents, responds to residents' calls. To prevent incidents, video surveillance with algorithms for recognizing individuals and atypical behavior will be installed. Additional security features include a patrol drone, an alarm signal for quickly calling for help, and internet protection against cyber attacks
