UNIT.City is the first innovative park in Ukraine. The project idea is to create an ecosystem and infrastructure for the business, high technology, and creative industries. The territory of the innovation park will consist of residential quarters, office buildings, a children's area, and a guest hotel.

The concept of the UNIT.Home project aims to provide comfortable living conditions for professionals in intellectual spheres, develop the IT industry in Ukraine, combine technological achievements and innovative technologies in creating living spaces, and open a new tourist-attractive area in the capital.

Infrastructure

UNIT.Home is not just a residential complex, but a social and cultural space. The project will implement the concept of a "city within a city," integrated into the infrastructure of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. Its own infrastructure will include commercial areas, restaurants, a medical center, a school, a fitness center, bike rental, and a parking lot with chargers for electric cars.

Appointments at the UNIT.Home medical center can always be made online, where an electronic card system will also be introduced, reminders of preventive check-ups, and the ability to connect fitness trackers to the complex's medical platform.

The innovative school will be connected to the information systems of the UNIT.Home project. Through online communication, parents will be informed of their child's successes, all important school events, and the child's movements within the UNIT.City territory.

Visitors to the Fitness Club will be able to book training sessions online, track the schedules of trainers, groups, and the occupancy of the gym. Training achievements can be recorded in an electronic diary, which generates menus and helps order sports nutrition at UNIT.Cafe.

On the complex's territory, there are campuses with coworking spaces and conference rooms for performances or international conferences. The building area will be transformed into a park area with places for relaxation, bike paths, and children's playgrounds.

• Smart Home - an automatic system for calculating with heat, water, and electricity meters, with which you can pay for services and monitor resource consumption
• Smart Lighting - energy-efficient lighting of the territory, which adjusts during the day, weather, and road conditions. Information boards, navigation signs, Wi-Fi, surveillance cameras, and a quick response button are also installed in the lights
• A personal security service protects premises, the perimeter, and housing. Security patrols the area, applies preventive measures for possible threats and incidents, responds to residents' calls. To prevent incidents, video surveillance with algorithms for recognizing individuals and atypical behavior will be installed. Additional security functions include a patrol drone, an alarm signal for quickly calling for help, and internet protection against cyberattacks
