The 24-story complex "Veza on Lomonosova" will have a modern and futuristic look, thanks to the gray facade and panoramic windows. To preserve the aesthetic appearance of the building, special niches for air conditioner units are also provided on the facade.

According to the project, the new building stands on a stylobate, which houses a two-level parking for 91 cars with an elevator. The first floors of the residential complex "Lomonosova" are commercial — for infrastructure facilities: a shop, a pharmacy, an office, or a beauty salon. The adjacent territory is the roof of the stylobate, where a children's playground, sports area, and places for walking pets will be arranged. Only residents will be able to enter the courtyard of the complex, as the territory will be closed to outsiders, with additional security provided by surveillance cameras in public areas.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Veza on Lomonosova" is located a 5-minute walk from the Vasilkivska metro station and public transport stops: buses No. 19, No. 78, No. 119, No. 812, trolleybuses No. 12 and No. 45, shuttle buses No. 499 and No. 508.

Nearby there are supermarkets and grocery stores: a 7-minute walk to Varus, 15 minutes to "ATB", a 4-minute drive to "Velika Kishenia", and a 5-minute drive to "Silpo".
