LCD White Lines In Kiiv

Futuristic architecture, the contrast of white lines and panoramic glazing — this is the residential complex White Lines. Three white towers will be united by a common stylobate part, where a shopping center will be opened. The commercial and residential areas will be separated, so the buyers of the shopping center will not create discomfort for the residents of the complex.

The roof of the stylobate part of White Lines is a private park of 1 hectare with children's and sports playgrounds, places for relaxation and outdoor walks.

The project was developed by the architectural workshop ARCHIMATIKA. In the project, architects implemented three tasks: territory renovation — there was an old film copying factory on the site of the complex; creation of a multifunctional complex — the shopping center on the territory is responsible for this; and an architectural task — thanks to its style, White Lines will become a symbol-building of the district. The project made it to the shortlist of the international professional competition World Architecture Festival.

Infrastructure

Getting to the complex will be convenient by public transport and by car: you can walk to the stops of minibuses, buses, and the metro, and for drivers, one of the city's largest highways — Holosiivsky Avenue — is nearby.

The infrastructure of the White Lines complex will help future residents save time and reduce the level of pendulum migration — people will not need to go somewhere to make purchases or have leisure. Residents of White Lines will be able to simply go down to the "Silpo" supermarket, one of the 150 stores and boutiques of the shopping complex. A supermarket in the complex is good, but even better when there is a choice: 3 minutes by car to "Velika Kyshenia", 7 minutes to "Eco-market", 8 minutes to "Billa".

A kindergarten will also be located in the stylobate part of the complex, the children's playground of which will overlook the park area of the stylobate roof. Other kindergartens in the area can be reached on foot — nearby are kindergartens No. 198, No. 643, and preschool institution with nurseries No. 717.

For sports activities, a sports complex with a pool will be opened: a minute in the elevator — and you are at the training. To other sports complexes in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes by car. You can go for a run at any time in Holosiivsky Park, where there are also convenient routes for cycling.
